The items were lost by the delivery company but after requesting an update the replacements arrived the day after.

Excellent service from start to finish. First parcel contained a broken part but a replacement was sent out immediately without any hassle. The order was very low value but, nevertheless, was treated as urgent. Well done and thanks.

Great works does the job no more condensation or mold

would of been top points but lack comms i had to chase the order up as i was waiting to install the fan and the duct the grill they where waiting for it when i contacted them the did send the rest out and the grill came a couple days later so
keeping the customer informed is the most important for us it was purchased in january not sure of the date

I have found the company to be very helpful supplying me with a one off bespoke ceiling grill.

Paid for express delivery and didn’t get it!

We used to suffer quite badly with black mould, but after fitting the ceiling fan last year there has been none. I found it easy to assemble and fit with clear instructions. A good product and would highly recommend.

I ordered a PIV fan. This was delivered promptly and in good order. It is a Vent Axia unit and has made a tremendous difference to our quality of life. We have an old stone house on Dartmoor and were plagued by mould and condensation. Since fitting the fan these problems have all but disappeared. We get up in the morning with new vitality, it is wonderful.

I provided details of what the product needed to do and eFans found a product that matched this and delivered it quickly
