Products shipped from China which you…
Products shipped from China which you unfortunately don't know until you've already ordered. The product itself isn't TOO awful it just isn't quality and doesn't look like the pictures on the website. If I had known before ordering that it was coming from China I wouldn't have ordered, this is very misleading as they list their company address as Liverpool. Have contacted them several times for a return address (which from reading the reviews will be in China) and am just being ignored. They have a returns piece on their page but it doesn't actually give you any information on where to return the products too. Don't waste your money.
Do NOT purchase from this company
Do NOT purchase from this company. The pictures they use are not even close to the actual product. I ordered the “suede” trench coat and it was made out of a felt like material. It was beyond cheap looking. They don’t get back to you and then tell you to ship it back to china, but don’t give a deliverable shipping address. It’s completely a scam and I should have trusted my gut, but I gave it a try and wasted $80. Save yourself the headache and $ and don’t even bother.
does not send the products in the…
does not send the products in the pictures. false advertising. no refund.
Edyisa - complete fraud
I bought the trench coat - I thought I was buying a high quality item on sale for £70. But no, the material and fit was poor. It took three weeks to come. Then when I tried to return it they said the warehouse in London is shut so you have to send it back to China, tracked and signed. This costs around £20 with Royal Mail! The returns policy also states they will not refund you if it was not returned with tags, but mine never arrived with tags! I’ve taken my losses and not returned it, id only waste more money - I doubt they would refund. After reading all the other similar reviews I feel like an idiot ever buying it in the first place. It states it has an easy 28 returns policy but it’s all a complete scam.
Just like the others
Just like the others , I too fell for the brown suede trench coat scam !
Now that I got the order I can tell you all the videos on their tiktok are not of this coat lol. It’s worse than shein quality . Trash
Wish i checked this before buying !
Don't waste your money. SCAM
Don't waste your money. This company is a scam. The products advertised are not what you will receive. When you complain they tell you their London storage facility is full and you need to post it to China at your own expense. Total scam.
Unfortunately I also fell victim to Edyisa's brown coat scam...
Unfortunately I also fell victim to this company's scam. I'm usually really on the ball with this stuff so it's very frustrating! I ordered the brown suede jacket after seeing their ads on TikTok - they have a lot of positive comments on there but I assume they are writing them themselves because the jacket looked so cheap. It cost £55 but looks like it should cost no more than £20. And to top it off they actually sent me the wrong size. They have asked me to send it back to China as their 'UK Warehouse' is closed. Please Please Please avoid!!! I'm in the process of trying a chargeback as I paid with my credit card so fingers crossed that is successful! I will likely do a video on this with my platform on TikTok to help others avoid them too.
Do Not Buy as there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I have sent three emails asking for an exchange as I did not like the color of the bag I purchased and I am still waiting for a response.
False advertising
"suede" coat looks nothing like the imagery on the website or in the adverts. Edyisa and have not responded to my emails requesting a refund within the 15 days legal requirement. Will be reporting to Citizens Advice under consumer rights act 2015 so no more people get scammed. Would advise others who recieved fake goods do so too, as it is also not the consumers responsibility to pay for shipping back to the manufactuer in China.
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Major red flag. I ordered a suede coat and the item that arrived had a completely different look, the material was poor and made of polyester and looked completely different. Please do not buy anything from Edysia. They will not compensate for shipping the coat back to China even though it is their fault. Avoid at any cost ❌🚫❗️
So deceptive
So deceptive. They don’t offer free returns, and I will bet that you will want to return it.
It looks like a good deal but honestly don’t bother!!!! Waste of almost £100!!! The quality is awful, there’s no structure, and the material is beyond cheap of the cheap!! Please do not buy!!
Just buy from shein, it’s literally the same thing.
Not to meantion it took 3 weeks to get to me. Waste!!!
Dropping shipping scam
Really poor experience. Like others on here I've fell for the advertising online without realising that they're actually drop shipping items from China. The trench coat is terrible quality and looks absolutely nothing like the images online. Conveniently their UK warehouse is 'unavailable' so are asking me to return the item to China. Definitely avoid!
I am absolutely appalled at the quality…
I am absolutely appalled at the quality of the 'trench coat' which has just arrived at my front door. I've bought clothes from Temu that are better quality! Suede trench coat? Not at all. It feels like a cheap sweatshirt material. I was SO looking forward to receiving this, thinking it was the deal of the century - when in fact it was just another scam. Disgusting clothing. Wouldn't dress my dog in it.
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible! They're basically just dropshipping products from China—you might as well buy directly from AliExpress. I requested to return the brown suede coat they advertise everywhere because it’s not suede at all. It’s just a cheap brown fabric that looks ridiculous.
Their response to my return request? Conveniently, they claimed the London return centre is closed, and I have to return it directly to China—of course, at my own expense.
Save your money!
Update, After ignoring my emails, i had to go through my bank to get my money back which was straight forward and i would recommended it to everyone. I have also reported them.
Also the good reviews you can see below from Silva Mehhi and other Mehhi these are the people that own the company.
I’m a victim of the brown trench coat…
I’m a victim of the brown trench coat scam!
Oh I really don’t know where to start with my experience of this company
Virtually no comments or reviews on Insta should have been a tell tell sign…
So the Eve suede trench coat is not the coat advertised on the website, different material & colour
When I saw what I received I could not believe I had spent £64 on something that isn’t worth £20
It also took 2 weeks to deliver, & I could track its journey from China!
Could not believe the scam - when you look for the returns process on its website it brags about 28 days to return but there is no details of how to return
Then I email which to be fair customer services come back to me within a day, they told me their London returns centre was full and I had to return it to china, I doubt this is true, on the packaging it states another address for returns - doesn’t add up
You know what I am just selling this on Vinted, I’m not pay the cost to send to China - I’m cutting my losses - PLEASe DON’T USe
Awful
Awful! Do not be fooled, the positive comments on their social media and 5 star reviews are all fake. I bought the “suede” coat and it is nothing like the photos. The fabric is disgusting and cheap. As soon as I opened the package the smell of plastic was overbearing 🤮 save your money and avoid at all costs!!!!!
Really bad
Just another cheap, fake, low quality drop shipping account!!!!! Don’t buy 🛑
Don’t buy!
I bought a brown trench very sponsored on their website and when it arrived i was shocked because it didn’t look like the pictures and the videos on their instagram page. Very cheap material and very poorly made.
I found out they use photos of influencers with amazing and expensive trench and they pretend it’s their product.
Avoid at all cost. All products come from China.
I just got a bag from Edyisa
I just got a bag from Edyisa, and I’m honestly so impressed! The quality is amazin, the material feels really sturdy. It looks great and has plenty of space for all my stuff, which is exactly what I was looking for. Shipping was quick, and their customer service team was super friendly and helpful. I’ve already gotten a few compliments on it, and I’m definitely going to shop here again
