Returns Nightmare!

I returned the Medium Everyday Bag due to size and quality issue. The Edyisa customer service (help email address) replied on the return address. I spent my own money to ship the bag back to China. 5 months after it was returned back to me citing the address was not correct by Australia post based on the address given to me by customer service. I sent back the parcel return details to Edyisa Customer Service, but they just ignored me. These people should not be trusted in following their own Return Terms and Condition! Beware! Take your business elsewhere where!

Do not order from if you don’t want your money back

I ordered a jacket back in November and decided it was best to return the jacket. This took place in December. It has been a long returns process which is understandable as it’s going back to China. However, after checking the delivery tracker, it was returned to Edyisa in May and I still await a response on where my refund is?

Don't order from this brand


I ordered a top in April and received a purchasing and shipping confirmation, but my order never arrived in Germany. After countless emails asking if they could assist me in checking where my order was, I received one email informing me they would get back to me in 24 hours, which they never did.
Thanks to PayPal, I received my money back. Be aware - don’t buy anything from this company! I had a very bad experience with them!

The order placed on April 6 after a month was not delivered correctly. It never arrived at my address. I wrote many emails without response. Terrible service.

Awful delivery

Ordered my item at the start of may for my birthday it’s not the 29th may and it still hasn’t arrived
I’ve messaged them twice with no responsive and my tracking location keeps changing from different places in the us
If you want something delivered quickly shein is quicker!!

i ordered the viral shirt- after reading some reviews i thought it seemed sketchy, but got a text from Lindsay at the company offering me a discount code after going back and forth deciding to order or not. it came and it’s very cute, quality is meh i feel like the straps will break soon and i’ll have to take the shirt to a tailor within a few wears. it’s cute so i won’t return it, but i saw it was shipping from China, then i guess the tracking link glitched because it was in Germany yesterday and then delivered today in America. sketchy but it came and it’s cute so i can’t really complain.

Terrible product and a scam!

I've been emailing them since last year regarding a defective bag product where the dye from a red bag I ordered completely rubbed off on a white bag I ordered in the same style. They never responded after multiple emails so I wrote a bad review and suddenly, I received a response. That was April and I have written them back 2x with no response where I provided pictures of the defect. DO NOT purchase from this store! Extremely bad business practice and defective products.

Scammers!!

Scammers!!! That’s all I can say about this “company”. Very poor quality products that look and smell cheap, nothing like advertised. Promised a shipping fee refund but stopped replying to emails and never issued it. Please avoid and don't waste your time or money!!!

Poor quality and refund process

Poor quality item delivered which I returned.
After chasing where my refund is I have been told that as I have chased this up 1 month after my return delivery a refund is not possible. So I am being penalised for this company’s lack of competence to organise my refund in the first place which they were going to leave unknown! £45 down!
Won’t be ordering again, do NOT order from here. It looks like I should’ve read these reviews beforehand.

Please don’t order from them

Please don’t order from them. Ordered off the back of a TikTok advert. Item came, terrible quality and absolutely nothing like the item advertised. Asked for a return and got information from Edyisa to do so. Followed returns process to the T including sending them proof of postage and I’ve heard nothing in months nor have I received my refund. Disgrace of a company and ought to be shut down.

Real rating is 0 but won’t let you do that

Absolute SCAM of a company. All looks great on the website. Completely FAKE and products are nothing like it. Say refunds are no problem and on the website the company is in the UK in Liverpool (it’s not) Ordered 2 jackets, arrived and were cheap rubbish a market wouldn’t even sell. No labels, poor quality and nothing like the pictures. Asked for a refund and they said their uk base was closed and would have to ship to China. I said no, they said they would give me 30% refund. Having paid nearly £150 I thought it’s better than nothing. The money never materialised and they have ignored multiple emails. They only replied once via email.

Do not buy from EDYISA, wish i had read this before I did. Everyone please boycott this company and spread the Word
