I did the Safeguarding Qualification for Colleges and Universities. Excellent text. Being me , I couldn't get something to work and twice rang your number, getting the same person on each occasion. She was FIRST CLASS, identifying what I must have done wrong and advising how to correct MY error without losing everything.

Love doing my courses on educare it so easy to understand and the bit size information is best for me

Excellent online training provider for Staff, very informative and up to date, keep you focused and engaging. Very good we are using all the time.

I have Educare Training through Childcare.co.uk, its very good as many courses relevant to my work and there all free. The course material is up to date and I can log in to and drop out of training as and when required. This training fits around my work and home life

I have paid for the course and I got a confirmation email saying that login information will follow shortly.
The login information never arrived... And I still can't access my course

Easy to follow course in sections that could be accessed seperately. My only criticism is when it came to accessing the Certificate it said I had done the course before so needed to get permission from my administrator (I dont have one), which was confusing, but then it let me print the certificate anyway.

Good detailed course. I completed it so that I could deliver some CPD at work and felt confident as a result. Only issue was that I had to call and ask for the link to the course as I was never sent it.

I have registered a member of staff but haven't got a log in for her

I've recently completed two online courses which were required for work. As well as the two required there is a good selection of available courses.

The whole process was really easy to do. The courses are well presented and informative. The slides are interactive and clear with a test at the end of each module.

It was easy to download the certificates and badges on completion.

My name had been registered with an incorrect spelling and once I flagged this it was remedied in a timely fashion.

I'd definitely recommend for anyone needing to do these courses.

Such basic content structure.

A very basic first aid course. Non of the videos worked, apart from that ok for basic needs.

When I first enquired about safeguarding programs, I was unsure. However, our representative was David and he was wonderful. He answered those unsure and silly questions and we purchased their program 2 days later. It was so easy to purchase in a time that's so crazy. On day 1 of releasing the program, 1/4 of our staff had completed the compulsory unit. It was a wow moment for us and our staff as they loved their learning too. They are actually completing other units because they wanted to! We have never had that happen before.

Courses are very well explained and easy to navigate. Questions are relevant to each module and very easy to pass. The fact you can have instant access to your certificate is a great bonus.
