Defeated by the incompetent admin and customer service staff
Have dealt with this company for my company safeguarding training needs for almost two years. Their courses are excellent but their admin and customer care staff are the worst I have ever encountered. I have persisted, against enormous odds, trying to use them for the quality of their courses, but no more. Well done, Educare, you have finally defeated me

Excellent system
Excellent system. Very good structured learning resources and easy to complete within a busy schedule. The online approach is easy to use and I have had no issues with access or navigation. I am very impressed with the breadth of topics and relevance to working with children. A great way to build on my existing knowledge and demonstrate to Ofsted that I am committed to personal development.

Great source of information and knowledge.
The course on Child protection in Education far exceeded my expectation. I found each module useful and full of information. I highly recommend to other teachers. I will definitely taking more EduCare course in the coming weeks.

Good courses but delivery was flawed
The courses were good but I didn’t appreciate the fact I had to twice contact Educare because they failed to send me the courses I’d paid for, I didn’t find that very professional.
