I personally would prefer a friendly instructor who would increase my confidence and help me ease my nerves with my test, they are the best instructors I've come across, I had two previous instructors who weren't much of help, just taking classes for sake of money and no actual progress, I switched to them and passed my test for the third time within a week after I started my lessons with them. I'm thankful and happy with the lessons.
