I paid twice 188 euro and I was not reimbursed yet. The technician installed the modem in the wrong place and did not install the WiFi extension that I have paid.

It's a great company, no hassle, rarely issues on stability. But .... the speed and performance of the internet connection is average with 143MBps / 51MBps. When you have a family using internet, and work with online meetings, you experience the limit of that bandwidth. Given the infrastructure (fibre) you would expect at least 300-400MBps.

Edpnet was alway respectful
They check and double check line faults for me. They apologised even through the fault was not with them but the service provider. They offered solutions to resolve the problem and did their best to accomodate me and fix the problem quickly. The staff was always polite and respectful

I contacted Edpnet for a VDSL XL connection and they tested the line, said it was OK and sent me an offer which stated as upload speed: "Maximum (= at least once in any 24-hour period) 38,5 Mbps upload,
Minimum 17 Mbps upload, Normal (= during at least 95% of the time) 37,8 Mbps upload". I accepted the offer but when it was installed I only get Maximum 25 Mbps, Normal 23 Mbps upload. I contacted them because I get nowhere near the promised upload speed. They replied with: You should have read the fine print which states: "The displayed speeds are for information purposes only and do not contain any contractual terms and conditions." Meaning: if you get only 1 Mbps, you can't complain and you still pay full price. Enshitification in full force!

They keep lying. They have FULL certainty about the speed when they make the offer. Here's how it works: You contact Edpnet with a request for a high speed connection. They reply: Certainly sir, but first we have to test the line to see if it is possible, to see which speed we can offer you, this will take some time, we will get back to you. And then, after their measurement, they come back with an offer. In my case, they knew that the maximum was 25 Mbps, and the offered me "at least 95% of the time 37.8 Mbps", which is a total lie. They knew. And they hide behind the fine print "The displayed speeds are for information purposes only and do not contain any contractual terms and conditions."
And then they write in their Feb 24 reply "However, i do see it was resolved with another modem in the meantime!". Another lie! I had Wifi problems in my house and that was resolved with a new modem. But that did not change anything to my upload speed being limited to 25 Mbps. It's still limited to 25 Mbps. More lies.

The transition was fast and the person on the phone helped with the technical issue I was having.
The price of edpnet was interesting at the time but with the big increase, I am not sure anymore.
