Me and my mum got locked outside our flat and phoned at about 8:40pm. Prices were advertised low about £40-50. After the work was done (took about 10 seconds) he charged £170 after. My mum said she couldn’t afford it then the man said it was a very advanced lock to get into- It was literally a basic flat lock.

Needed a few locks replaced at my grandma's house.

I called these folks because of their reputation.
They came quick, no doubt. Did the job well but missed one of the window locks which we only noticed later.
Called back and they were nice enough to come back the next day without extra charge.

Appreciated the follow-up, shows they care. Just wish the job was perfect the first time!

Got loked out of my flat on a sunday morning, freezing and just not my day. They arrived within 25 of my call, which was pretty fast given the time. Dennis was friendly and worked quickly to get me back inside without any damage to the lock or door. He also recommended a few security upgrades but was not pushy. Slightly on the pricier side but hey, they saved me from a total disaster🙏🙏🙏

Dennis was awesome! Came over in 20 mins when I was locked out in the rain. Fixed my jammed lock with ease and did not charge extra for the after hours service. Thanku Dennis, You're a life saver! Definitely recommended!!!!

So gratful for these guys! Got home at 3 am from a night out only to realize I'd lost my house keys 😬. I called them up and they arrived in no time, which was a massive relief. They quickly replaced the lock and even provided some spare keys.

When tried to unlock the door at 8.00am the mechanism broke so we locked ourselves in the house. I searched on Google for a locksmith in West Lothian and called on the number and in 40 minutes Alexander came to our rescue. He was friendly and explained everything in detail before any work taken. He is very professional and made us feel safe. I would recommend this company and especially Alexander.

The work was quick but the cost was way overpriced. We feel we didn't require a gearbox either but it got replaced without any explanation.

A very quick response, problem with lock resolved by Alex who was most helpful.
