Ordered the shoes which took a week to arrive which I don't mind. However, the fabric is too loose on both so when I walk, my heel comes out of the shoes. Also the right shoe is larger than the left. Emailed them twice now and no response. UK phone no does not work. Don't text them either because the text is a USA number and is expensive. Very disappointed.

So wish i'd read the reviews before ordering. Total scam, agree with everything in the other reviews apart from the fake ones with more than one star!!
Plastic rubbish soles with an upper that wouldn't fit an elephant's foot. Actually giving decent chinese made stuff a bad name.

Scam. They don’t answer. Poor quality.

This is a total scam website. I have tried 3 times to ring them but number is not recognisable. They have not replied to any of my e-mails asking about how I return the shoes I bought as they don't fit. Shoddy product.

Stay clear!!!

1* is too much of a high rating they are a scam company they don’t get back to you when you want to return items so no way of returning, poor quality, all well over priced for what they are seem like a knock off of what’s being advertised

Ordered the item and they answered all the questions i asked, put my mind at rest on delivery, customer service was excellent and wife loved the shoes.

I bought a pair of safety work trainers but they are too small. I have tried contacting customer services about a refund but to no avail. I tried contacting the phone number but it’s the wrong number.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BUY ANY GOODS. poor customer service.
Stay away and shop elsewhere.

didn't state on purchase it was coming from China, over 20 days later a complete piece of plastic rubbish turned up. No response at all from asking a refund, the office address in London is a virtual office and they are scamming money back to China, make sure you log a complaint with the Chinese Embassy business ethic department.

Ordered steel toe cap shoes from here thinking it was a U.K. company from their addresses but they’re not. Shoes took 3 weeks to arrive from China, came and had awful translation to English on the box. They don’t feel good quality to warrant wearing for manual work and they didn’t fit. I’ve emailed them to organise a return and refund but they’ve ignored all my emails despite openly saying on the site they guarantee it if not happy. I googled their phone number and it’s fake. So you get your product but it’s not the quality your intending or paying for.

SCAM website, avoid at all costs! I have tried emailing the company for a refund but no response, I also tried calling the number on their site and it’s not recognised. The address on the website is a UK location but when my tracking details came through via email it said it was coming from China!

Total rubbish doesn't look like what they are advertising, stay clear. Pruduct looks like it came out of a lucky bag 😠

Ordered product - arrived broken - tried to contact with many emails to no avail - tried telephone number -not in service - am having to go through credit card to get money back. Product shipped from China and nobody to contact within UK. AVOID

Like the other reviews state this is clearly a con website. Says address in Covent Garden & looks legit enough but don’t fall for it. Also bought the chopping board as a present For £69.99. It didn’t come in a box, was nothing like the photo’s, a cheap dupe. It was dirty, what was shown as chrome/stainless steel holder attachments were sticky black plastic covered, like a cheap laundry drying rack & the dishes don’t fit properly. It’s unusable.

We purchased a chopping board system from the Edilyo web site. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it clearly bore no resemblance to their web advertisement. The board size was not as described and the box it arrived in, was just a plain brown cardboard box. This was a Christmas present for my son-in-law and so I tried to contact Edilyo via their advertised telephone number, but the number is out of service and they haven’t answered my emails. Consequently I have contacted my credit card company to chase reimbursement. An awful experience overall!

Ordered a chopping board as a christmas present and spent £69.99.
When it arrived, there was a chunk of wood missing from the top of the board making it unusable (it was in the middle of the cutting surface). The plastic stand for your phone was also broken.
I sent photographs of these faults to the company asking for a refund for a poor quality, unusuable chopping board. They have not responded. I wrote a review on their website - it was sent to their team and has not been posted on the site. All of the visible reviews are 4 or 5 star which suggests to me they are screening the reviews inappropriately. I am extremely disappointed with the product and with this toner service and would not recommend anyone else wastes their money.
