There is NO, UK address. Its all a con. After 7 emails and threatening legal action. Got a random email,to return item to China. When you are clearly led to believe you're dealing with a UK company. Total Scam. Please do not use this website. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute scam, waited 6 weeks for the anti-snoring device and it doesn't work, apart from the flashing light.
Total waste of money.

This company uses false address and telephone number and based in China, which is not specified anywhere when you order. Delivery takes weeks, there is no return option and you are stuck with a rubbish/fake product. This should NOT be happening, but it is. Please AVOID!

I bought an anti-snoring device for over £30 and I wanted to return it, unopened, so I emailed them but no response! Their phone number seems to be fake as well. I really do wish I had read the reviews first.

Placed an order week ago with “ premium free shipping “ nothing since regarding delivery . Phone number fails . No response to email
Tried to track order through the shop app but all you get is order receipt with no option to actually track order . Have contacted bank and lodged a claim for money back .No choice as they won’t respond to you !!

I placed my order 15 days ago and got nothing. Not even a tracking number. Now when I try to cancel my order and to call the company the phone number is not reachable and I sent dozens of emails but got no reply. f.cking fraudsters. Please don’t buy anything from them it’s a waste of time and money.

Wish I’d read the reviews first. Emailed them twice now to exchange shoes for a larger size. No response at all.

This is not a real company. I tried to return some goods and no one is responding to my emails and the phone number on the website has been disconnected.

product (Dog coat for large dog) was good but wanted to change size of one for the smaller dog not replied to email and phone number is not connected.

Scam company.
Will not return your calls, your email nor your message on their website.
Do not be tempted to purchase through this company, the owners are fraudsters.
By the way, was forced to give one star to process my review.

Will be contacting my bank to open a claim against them as they won’t accept return of unused item and will not state a reason why. Their website says you can return up to 30 days and yet they’re trying to refuse my return. They will eventually be closed down with the amount of disputes they receive.

Ordered a dog coat they allowed me to place order took my money and had no stock they offered an immediate refund on the 30/11/22 after many emails of them saying it was my banks fault after 15 days I contacted barclaycard who said no refund had been placed barclaycard returned my money absolutely disgusting company please please shop elsewhere value you yourself as this despicable company does not value its customers

Spent ages trying to get a refund out of these shisters gave up with it but then decided to speak to my bank who refunded all my money and raised a charge back so edilo were the ones out of pocket
Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere

What an bull s....t of a company , only bought the clip In veneers because there was a money back guarantee, and they arrived none other that fake Halloween teeth it's an absolute joke!! They don't answer calls nor answer emails there needing looked into by trading standards! False advertising and sucking ppl into there lies to make them spend money, and as for saying it's uk based it's it hell!!! China based so make what u will of that , DO NOT BUY OF THIS S...T SHOW OF A COMPANY , this will be going all over Facebook so no one else falls victim

Received some clip in vaneers that you mould yourself, they don’t even fit over my teeth, I’m website says 100% customer satisfaction great easy return and refund policy and have sent them numerous emails texts and called but went to voice mail! Avoid this shoddy company

Same as everyone else. Placed an order and It arrived after I the date I needed it for.
Sent countless emails get no reply back on how to get my money back from them and return the item. Guessing as it came from China they don't actually have a returns policy. Total scam amd now I am stuck with a product I don't want or need and the product itself is rubbish not the quality I expected it to be

They say on there website, that shipping is fast and free. Free it is, but not fast, as it comes from China, but they don't tell you that. I placed my order on the 30th September, and I needed it for the 7th October. it arrived on 11th October. I told them it was too late, and I would be returning it. What absolute nonsense, do not deal with this company they are the worst. If I could give no stars I would.

Bought there safety trainers, took 3 weeks to arrive, worn them for about a month and they have literally fell apart, soles worn out and split.
Tried to contact them via email few times not one reply, best £40 I ever spent not. Totally avoid buying anything from this company.
