Never received my order
I ordered a pocket knife two weeks ago and have still not received the product.
The Royal Mail tracking link provided states that they are unable to confirm the status of the item.
I emailed EDC Warehouse about this and was told it was likely just a delay in Royal Mail updating their system. However, that was over a week ago and there has been no change or update since. I have emailed twice more but have received no response or acknowledgement.
At this point, I have no idea when the item will arrive, or if it will arrive at all.
Very disappointed with the service.

I can see the order was placed on the 15th - this should have arrived long ago. I'll double check with Royal Mail on Monday, but in the meantime I've refunded this order.

As I said to you via email, we really do apologise for the issues with this order. They are our fault.
We are still chasing up the location of the order with Royal Mail, we are at their mercy as much as you are on this. Although we do admit the initial issue was ours as for whatever reason we didn't receive any proof of age (which you helped with immediately when asked which we appreciated).
I replied to your email a few hours ago, we've not been ignoring you.
There is no chance you will be left with no resolution. We solve every problem that comes up.
I do appreciate that delays are frustrating, but sadly we're not Amazon, were a small independent business that has to follow extraordinarily strict rules regarding our sales and cant afford to refund immediately at the first sign of issues - we have to allow time for things to be investigated with couriers and internally.
Once again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

I’m very sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. We always aim to dispatch orders quickly, but in this case there were delays due to the legal requirement for age verification before shipping. Once we received the correct documentation, your order was dispatched on the 26th via Royal Mail 48-hour service. Unfortunately, it appears the courier failed to deliver, despite our follow-ups with them.
As soon as it became clear there was no resolution, we issued you a full refund so you weren’t left out of pocket. I completely understand your frustration and apologise again for the disappointment this caused.

Whitby Kent EDC multi tool
Received on time and nicely packaged. It seemed a little small when I opened the box but after carrying it for a while (I work in a warehouse) I have realised it is absolutely perfect in size. It fits well in the hand, with a (nicely) surprisingly weighty feel. I had to send a package out by courier & had to cut down 2 big cardboard packing boxes to make into 1..... The blade just drifted through.
I've not had occasion to use any of the other tools as yet but I have equally high expectations of their quality. I can't recommend the Whitby Kent multitool high enough, a Must Have.
