I switched to Eco talk some time ago
I switched to Eco talk some time ago, easy switch, I rang to sorted international calls and texts,had a pleasure to speak with person not a chat bot, what is fabulous.
Problem were sorted .Had issue to send text to mum, and after today email problem was dealt very fast, issue solved and absolutely fantastic customer service
Sustainability,customer service,no AI and human responsibilities instead of bots chatting.Just what we need!

The SIM card arrived the day after…
The SIM card arrived the day after placing the order. The switchover, which included keeping my existing telephone number, was fully completed within 24-hours. And the network signal and accessibility, is a significant improvement when compared to my previous provider. Lots and lots and lots of positives, then!

Excellent service and great value
Switching was easy. Customer service were great - you speak to a human and listen to birdsong while you wait to be connected (which wasn’t long). Coverage excellent. And good value for money. Plus it’s good to know that my mobile use is helping to fund something worthwhile.

I had real trouble installing the E-sim today. Shannon was very patient and worked it through with me until it was resolved. Really great service, it’s a personal service rather than a call centre chaotic feel

Same EE network, but cheaper and ethical
I moved from EE sim only to Ecotalk (EE). Same network, same data allowance (32gb) and over 25% cheaper. Brilliant and effortless service in porting my number over.
Highly recommend.

Since I’ve been with them my bills have been low and my coverage great … works perfectly abroad …
