Where to start
The website is barely functional.
No direct links to who the seller even IS or their reviews
When trying to contact them they send pointless links to their home page.
ZERO CONFIDENCE IN ANY ORDERING.
Its all completely unfunctional and has you going round in circles until you get bored of trying to spend money with them and go elsewhere.

I bought a bumper last day of January.
I asked to change the delivery address.
The customer service said it was done, but it wasn't. Luckily, the courier called me before delivering and I provided the correct address.
However, ECOOPARTS made a mistake and shipped the bumper for another car.
I contacted the customer service to fix the issue on 17 Feb
Today, 3 March, they picked back the wrong item (again the customer service provided the wrong pickup address) and I am still waiting for the delivery date of mine.

The shipping from Spain all the way to Hungary was smooth with tracking along the way.

The choice of parts available was excellent and the price was highly competitive, delivery was faster and tracking information was better than parts I have ordered from UK suppliers. When it arrived it was well packaged and looked like a new part from a dealer.I would have no hesitation in recommending this seller.

I am updating my previous review.
After escalation via Trustpilot and live chat, I have now received a full refund for my cancelled order (EP11648118172).
However, the overall experience was concerning due to the complete lack of communication after payment. I received no confirmation emails, no explanation for the cancellation, and no response to my initial customer service email. Only after actively escalating the issue did communication begin and the refund process move forward.
Additionally, the checkout process was not sufficiently transparent. It was not clear that the purchase was made through a marketplace structure or that payment would be processed by a third-party company, which added unnecessary confusion.
While the refund was ultimately completed, clearer communication and better transparency would significantly improve customer confidence.
