Non working battery and slow customer service. Issue not yet resolved
I have a stream AC pro battery which arrived not working. Date of purchase 17 March 26. I was confident a quick call would put matters right with the offer of a replacement unit. Nope, not a chance. After waiting the required 7 to 14 working days, in other words 3 weeks, I was told someone would contact me within the next 2 working days. Credit where credits due, I received an email asking if I would return the battery for testing and repair and that it would take up to a further 2 weeks. No indication of who pays for the return or how I return it. Currently disappointed but really hoping I can return to this review and give an update which simply says I had a problem that was fixed and now everything is hunky-dory. Let’s believe
Don't waste your money
Placed my over for over £3000 worth of product with this company and it has been a absolute shambles. Almost a month later and im still missing half of it but between these lot and the courier firm DX I may as well be talking to my self for all the good its doing.

I bought the products and they are good quality, but the same cannot be said for customer support. If there are any issues, they take a long time to respond, their explanations aren’t very clear, and their support numbers are practically impossible to find. There is no customer support available in Italy, only in Germany. In my case, a panel was damaged during shipping, and after a month I’m still waiting for a resolution.

The EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra delivers outstanding technical performance across the board. Power, flexibility, and range of applications are well aligned.
In practice, however, there is a clear weakness: the ordering process via the EcoFlow online shop. Delivery times are currently far too long. In addition, transparent information on order status is lacking and is usually only provided upon specific request.
A strong product is paired with customer support processes that need improvement. From a customer perspective, the following would be highly desirable:
- Reliable delivery time estimates
- Proactive status updates
- Easily accessible and responsive support

Absolutely abhorrent customer service from these clowns.. Avoid avoid avoid! No stock of anything and they take your money very willingly. The UK service has gone from being reasonable to non existent. You have been warned!
Still waiting for a mythical delivery
Still waiting for a mythical delivery. I ordered it on the 6th April. On the 8th April DPD said they had received the instructions but not the parcel from Ecoflow. No further updates. Despite several emails and a phone call to Ecoflow I still dont know where the item is and they cant even tell me what date they shipped it. Total scam. Dont touch them, Ill be filing a fraud claim with my credit card provider.

Two months of silence on a warranty claim
Delta 2 bought from ecoflow.com (uk order) developed a charging fault (won't accept AC or solar, overload error on both, cables verified fine with my River 2). Raised case CAS-20260307-1629650 on 8 March 2026.
EcoFlow confirmed on 11 March that after-sales service was needed and that I'd hear back within 3-5 business days. Nothing since, despite follow-ups on 15 March, 21 March, and 30 March.
It's now 27 April. Almost two months of silence on a documented warranty fault that EcoFlow themselves agreed needed servicing. The product is fine when it works, but a warranty is only worth what the support process delivers, and right now that's nothing.
