When you plug 2 devices for charging the same time the power provided went down to death.
Even when you use the pass through option (to charge the bank and charge a device through powerbank) the the power hits bottom. Totally useless feature.
There are many options definitely faster out there.
Pros are the app connection and the screen.

I really appreciate the quality of these devices.
I actually plan to purchase more devices, but I have reservations due to several negative experiences with EcoFlow’s customer support. I would be happy to provide feedback on this. Given the complexity and scope of the issue, it would be helpful to discuss this in person.

Missing micro inverter, missing refund
Ordered a micro inverter in March was told not were now in stock after they had taken money from my account. 3 weeks later still no refund. Very poor service.

The product itself is amazing and has met every need I had for it.
The shipping had something to be desired, specifically the packaging, the ecoflow box was inside a much larger box with no padding, which meant the larger box was hard to manoeuvre due to the shifting weight inside, and that it tore under load causing me to drop it. The inside box was good and protective so the product was fine, but if you're going to put that box inside a larger one, please add additional packing, foam or air paks to prevent this. Or just don't put it inside a box that is comically larger than the products box.

I gave an order in on March 26th , but only one part came after being told twice it was about to be delivered and waiting in for two whole days , it eventually arrived . Have sent numerous emails to ask when the rest of my order is being shipped , but completely ignored. Not a happy customer.

Very difficult to get in touch with technical support after only a week of having the device. Via the quick chat which kept cancelling out and the email support wouldn't upload a jpeg despite it being well undersized and correct format.
Purchased the unit from costco
Purchased the unit from costco. Paid 13k and have had issues with it from delivery. I am trying to resolve but their customer service is non existent. hours of hold and 2 weeks later I have yet to talk to anyone but call centers. They sent me a defective unit and will not help or return a call. I get a generic email from them and it takes 3 days plus for return email. If you want a product the company stand behind, dont get this one. HORIBLE customer service for the price paid.

The Batterie works for 2 days and then crashed - I called the customer service and wait still for a solution and a replacement. I'm not happy about the product and the service. The customer service still not take care of my issue. I really cannot recommend the product and the service
One of two solar panels arrived damaged…
One of two solar panels arrived damaged during delivery. Glass fragments from the broken panel were also found on the surface of the second one.
I reached out to support right away to understand the return process — do I send back one or both? Simple question. That was 7 days ago.
So far: one automated email, zero human responses. Meanwhile, my installation is completely stalled.
EcoFlow, I like your products, but customer support needs to do better. A shipping damage claim shouldn't take over a week without even a reply.
I'm happy to update this review once someone helps me resolve the issue — I just need a response.

Faulty EcoFlow Delta 2 MAX unit straight out the box
Unboxed my new EcoFlow Delta 2 MAX unit and thought it would be a good choice to fully charge the unit before use, main AC power charger was faulty would not charge the unit unless I gave it a few wiggles which didn't sound and feel safe, got InTouch with EcoFlow and 5 days later get told it could take another 7-14 business days before I would be contacted to "Discuss the next steps and provide the appropriate assistance" even though I had sent a recording of the fault showing the power cable being the culprit.
Not a very good start and a very poor service from EcoFlow After Sales Support Team.

Great product, poorly packaged with potential for damage during delivery
I bought a spare battery for my power station, which has proved to be invaluable during power cuts. I can keep my fridge, freezers, router, computer etc. going for over 24 hours on a single charge if needed, and the solar panel extends that. The battery arrived quickly and fortunately was well packaged inside inside its original box. I have taken off a couple of stars as the original box was placed inside a much larger box with no packing around it and there was also no battery warning signage on the outside of the second box. The delivery driver obviously found it awkward to carry and there was no way to stop the heavy inner box moving around. Given the weight of the battery, I was anticipating that it would be damaged, but it seems we got away with it. Please take more care with packaging for despatch.
400W Rigid panels not available
I bought an incorrect solar panel. I have requested advice on return and refund but no reply (yet)
The rigid panels are not in stock and there is no way to determine when they will be.
Sorry if it sounds un fair but Ecoflow really need to pick up their game with this asap. Batteries and no panels what's the point?
