Disappointing Product and Service
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend EcoNatura.shop based on my experience.
At the beginning of August, I ordered a three-pack of their nail fungus treatment. At the time of ordering, the stated delivery time was approximately 2–3 days. However, I did not receive my order until the end of August, considerably later than expected.
During the waiting period, I contacted the company by email two or three times to ask about the status of my order. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response to any of my emails.
Once the product finally arrived, I started using it consistently according to the instructions, applying it several times a day and allowing it to fully absorb and dry. I continued this treatment every day for approximately one month.
Unfortunately, in my case, there has been absolutely no noticeable improvement or change in the affected nails. After a month of consistent use, the nail fungus looks essentially the same as it did when I started the treatment. For me personally, the product therefore did not provide the advertised/expected results.
Considering both my experience with the product and the lack of response to my emails regarding the delayed delivery, I cannot recommend either this nail fungus treatment or my overall shopping experience with EcoNatura.shop.
Based on my experience, I would choose a different product and retailer in the future.
