I initially bought Senilife for my dog
I initially bought Senilife for my dog, as he is getting older and needs support for his cognitive health. I did a lot of research beforehand and the product itself appears to be very good.
My first purchase was through Amazon. It was expensive and delivery was very slow, but the package included a leaflet encouraging me to order directly from the company. I decided to do that next time.
Unfortunately, ordering direct was very disappointing. I was charged €28 for delivery from Italy to Spain, and the order took several weeks to arrive. I queried this with the company, but was simply told that this was the best they could offer.
The product may be good, but the delivery costs and delays are unreasonable. I am now looking for an alternative product.
Ho acquistato inizialmente Senilife per il mio cane, che sta invecchiando e ha bisogno di supporto per la salute cognitiva. Ho fatto molte ricerche prima dell’acquisto e il prodotto in sé sembra di buona qualità.
Il primo acquisto è stato effettuato tramite Amazon. Era piuttosto costoso e la consegna è stata molto lenta, ma all’interno del pacco c’era un volantino che invitava a ordinare direttamente dall’azienda. Ho deciso quindi di farlo per l’ordine successivo.
Purtroppo l’esperienza di acquisto diretto è stata deludente. Mi sono stati addebitati 28 € per la spedizione dall’Italia alla Spagna e la consegna ha impiegato diverse settimane. Ho chiesto spiegazioni all’azienda, ma mi è stato detto che non potevano fare di meglio.
Il prodotto può anche essere valido, ma i costi e i tempi di spedizione sono eccessivi. Sto quindi cercando un prodotto alternativo.
Compré inicialmente Senilife para mi perro, ya que está envejeciendo y necesita apoyo para su salud cognitiva. Investigué bastante antes de comprarlo y el producto en sí parece de buena calidad.
La primera compra la hice a través de Amazon. Fue caro y la entrega fue muy lenta, pero dentro del paquete había un folleto animándome a comprar directamente a la empresa. Decidí hacerlo en el siguiente pedido.
Lamentablemente, la compra directa fue muy decepcionante. Me cobraron 28 € de gastos de envío desde Italia a España y el pedido tardó varias semanas en llegar. Consulté esto con la empresa y simplemente me dijeron que era lo mejor que podían ofrecer.
El producto puede ser bueno, pero los costes y los plazos de entrega no son razonables. Por ello, ahora estoy buscando un producto alternativo.

ci dispiace sapere che la sua esperienza di acquisto diretto non sia stata soddisfacente. Siamo felici che il prodotto Senilife abbia incontrato le sue aspettative, ma comprendiamo perfettamente il disagio legato ai costi e ai tempi di spedizione verso la Spagna.
Le spedizioni internazionali comportano purtroppo costi e tempistiche più elevate rispetto agli ordini nazionali, e ci scusiamo se questo ha influito negativamente sulla sua esperienza.
La ringraziamo comunque per il feedback, che ci aiuta a valutare aree di miglioramento nel servizio internazionale e a fornire informazioni più chiare ai nostri clienti.
