Avoid EatSmart kitchen scales - Absolute Rubbish

I purchased an EatSmart kitchen scale from Amazon.com. It lay unused for a long time in a kitchen drawer. I began to use it to make cakes and bread, then it started not to tare. EatSmart will not provide a replacement or refund. Kitchen scales are not supposed to stop working. There is nothing fancy about this one. It simply uses batteries and shows a screen. Of course, it is made in China and is absolute rubbish, as one would expect. EatSmart sell other scales as well. Avoid anything made by this company.

Damaged scale

I received a bathroom scale that had been thrown against the wall and no longer worked. I communicated with their customer service and provided the documents the company required. They assured me that a replacement product would arrive in less than 2-3 weeks. Three weeks based and nothing was delivered. I will buy a scale from an another source. I don't know how a working bathroom scale works because the one I received would work.
