Clarify what you are expecting of them.
JBL were quick to respond to smoke backing up the chimney - we have one open fire. They suggested to replace the cowling on the open chimney with a cherry picker. When I got the bill, they'd replaced all 4 including 3 disused chimneys. Total bill £1000. My advice, check what they are planning to do before you let them loose.

Our term’s and condition’s are crystal clear, We don’t not under any circumstances carry out work’s without first submitting a written proposal to a client.
We then require an email confirmation of acceptance before proceeding with any work’s.
Given that you have not responded to our request for you to supply your detail’s we can only assume this is in fact a totally disingenuous review.
Of course if you are happy to share your detail’s we can of course look into this for you.
