Working with Eat Burn Sleep has been astounding! They are incredibly knowledgeable and gives counsel in light of "wants” and not simply "needs". I strongly recommend Eat Burn Sleep to anybody searching for a better way of life without forfeiting way of life.
I have an amazing one-2-one experience with Eat burn sleep. Yalda coached me how to bring my son back to normal life (whom has been just diagnosed with IBD last year) . Even the doctor and hospital diet didn’t worked but eat burn sleep life style 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻😍🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
The EBS lifestyle has given me complete control of my life and how I feel. I have improved my cravings, my mental health, my psoriasis, my digestive system, and over all I am at my prime weight when I am on it. It’s a damage limitation lifestyle, still with the luxury of having fun. I have been on the platform for 3 years no and it’s my number one go to when anything is off. Recipes are delicious and Yalda’s personalized approach makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
Eat Burn Sleep has saved my life. I was so unhealthy, unmotivated, piling on weight and arthritic. The app is so easy to use, and responsive which made it easier. Really useful for trusted health hacks, ingredient shopping, eating out, and fitting in the easy, quick, daily exercises wherever I am. The team is supportive and quick at responding too. I had many questions. Tastiest recipes ever!!!!! I never used to enjoy cooking and now I am eating exciting dishes from around the world. I am now toned, slim, agile, and feeling incredible, and am loving the comments about how I look. No more achy bones. Great sleeps now. Won't be without it. Ever!!!!! I am not going back to the old me. Thank you, EBS!!!!!
EatBurnSleep is a health and wellness platform that focuses on anti-inflammatory lifestyle and resetting gut health. I had first heard about it several months ago through Instagram and reading about its founder's own personal journey of healing and resolving a number of serious health and auto-immune issues. I recently decided to sign up for a yearly membership. There are three levels: Standard at $275, Premium at $300, and Personalized Coaching. I opted for Premium as that seemed to offer the most content. There was no trial membership option.
As soon as I signed up, that is when the problems began. I found the site to be amateurish, poorly designed and not user-friendly. There are too many links to click through to reach the desired content. There were instances I clicked on links, only to be asked to sign up and pay for a membership while already having paid for a premium membership and being logged in. They have a Facebook page that was apparently replaced with a Community board on their site more than a month ago, and I was not able to access that. I messaged support and they said new members can't access and they were working on it. I tried again to access it a couple of days ago, and still could not.
The biggest deal breaker for me is that I am unable to print anything, such as the written guidelines, food lists, recipes and other information for reading and reference offline. This should be a given and a MUST to follow any health or wellness program. I am not on my phone or computer 24/7. Their terms state they don't give refunds. However, if I pay for a service, especially at a premium price, I expect the content to at least be easily accessible and printable. I have participated in other, similar programs offered online by health care professionals for much less money, and have never had these issues.
I contacted support, but did not receive any satisfactory answers or assistance. I escalated the matter to Paypal for a refund, and EBS were clearly not happy about this. They contacted me saying I should close my dispute. They also stated they never "promised" content available in pdf format, and advised me to take screen shots of content that comprises numerous pages (20,30,?). How many print screens is one supposed to do? It doesn't have to be in pdf format. The content should be in ANY format that allows for printing. They said their content is not printable and to use their App. Additionally, most of the information under their "health conditions" tab appears to be generic and available elsewhere on the internet for free. There is nothing new or groundbreaking, and no suggestions on how their program could help with these issues. To be charged $300 for this is unacceptable and egregious! I had higher expectations and am deeply disappointed. Evidently, I am not the only dissatisfied customer. An internet search reveals other members who have the same issues and complaints as I.
EDITED TO ADD THE FOLLOWING UPDATE:
As of today, 18 August, I was contacted by Eat Burn Sleep and threatened with legal action over this review and my Paypal escalation. The communiqué I received states the following: "I am rather disappointed at your actions, which are not legitimate, nor kind.
"We have tried to reach out to you, and you are escalating a claim on Paypal. FYI the forum is a newly added feature and was NOT in the product description when you signed up. Moreover, it was a small technical glitch that is now fixed.
All of this is very clear on our terms and conditions.
"I hope we can reach a compromise where you retract the case on Paypal, and the review you have left is retracted.
"Failing that, I shall instruct my lawyer XXX at XXX, to deal with the matter; they are pioneers in the field of online bullying.
"I hope we find an amicable resolution and that you enjoy the platform which has helped numerous people worldwide, and that my team and I work hard on every single day."
