I came across Eat Burn Sleep on Instagram when I was looking for information on inflammation. I followed Yalda for a while and her education resonated with me, so I purchased a membership to her platform. I was impressed with all the articles and advice and learned so much about inflammation. I knew nothing about the importance of balancing my blood sugar! After doing all the prep for the start of my 6-week reset, I was really fired up for getting my health and weight back on track. Both my partner and I lost 3kgs in the first week! The cost of the membership is cheaper than a gym membership and you get the monthly Masterclasses as well as an extensive library of movement videos, and weekly recipes. I would definitely recommend this investment in your health as the education is invaluable in helping you understand your food choices :)
I love EBS platform and lifestyle! It’s such a great platform and my only regret is I didn’t follow it earlier, instead I was lead by Instagram ‘nutritionists’ and ended up with a bad bacteria overgrowth!
Things are much better since following the EBS lifestyle and I am so grateful for all the info and hard work it’s put into it, so we can have trusted knowledge of what we eat and how to stay on track.

I’d been following Yalda for well over a year and was on the fence about joining the EBS platform. Exasperated from years of trying to medically diagnose digestive issues, IBS and gut pain, I decided to join the platform. November 27th, 2023 and I haven’t looked back ( other than wishing I had joined sooner). I don’t believe in diets, especially those that are restrictive and promise unrealistic results. I just want to feel good, not be bloated and in pain. Weight is not my issue, but good health and feeling healthy is. Yalda’s approach is thoroughly well researched and I have never felt skeptical about any of her advice. Once you start practicing her methods, you will see how much sense EBS makes. I especially appreciate how Yalda has been so transparent and honest with her followers about her own experiences. I love how she laughs at herself whenever she has a bad day or week and has to have a re-set herself. Because she actually has had a lot of the same issues I feel I struggle with, I feel comfortable knowing she has done and continues to do the work keeping up on the research. Her live podcasts are refreshing, motivating and usually leaves me feeling inspired after listening. And to my surprise, the lifestyle plan is not hard to follow. The recipes are really good, not complicated and so healthy. All the ones I have tried have been winners. I am easily eating more protein and feeling the benefits. BTW, I think the comments made by Jessica C. are spot-on and hit every nail on the head. I highly recommend the EBS platform to anyone. Full stop.
I joined the Eat Burn Sleep platform in November last year, and since then I have been using the recipes and following Yalda’s advice from EBS. Despite being quite knowledgeable of various weight loss approaches for having worked in the industry, I did not know much about inflammation. The concept is highly disregarded by mainstream solutions. However, it has been proved to be a root cause of weight gain, accelerated aging and even has been linked with degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s. The EBS program lays down some key food and exercise principles that are easy to follow and can truly change your approach to long term health and wellness. EBS is built on rigorous research and deep knowledge that Yalda constantly refreshes. Her platform is constantly updated, full of tips and tricks, and has a very reactive forum where the community can find answers to most questions. Finding her has been a game changer. I highly recommend following her instagram too, where she provides valuable advise, fun facts and a daily dose of motivation!

New Update: I wrote a comment to Yalda on Instagram because she now doesnt reply and the comment was deleted and I was blocked. I was not rude and I just asked why I can’t get a refund. So who else has she done that to? Clearly unethical and she chooses to only keep comments from friends and anything positive. So don’t trust anything you read.
Update: even after admitting their site needs a lot of work (and explained they are working on in) they have now offered to extend my membership by 2 months - IF I take down this review! Not a good resolution at all and frankly quite dishonest. I’m a loyal follower of Yalda on Insta and joined in good faith. And have only even been honest and polite. But now They have asked me to take down my review in return of an extra 2 months. 1. Thats not an honest way to market yourself and 2. Why would I want to have to use the platform for long when, I have wanted out. Ive asked politely and this is the first TP review I’ve done and frankly doesn’t make me happy. Seriously, don’t sign up and part with your cash. Her advice on Insta is good. Stick with that. Even with the 20% off. I’m so disappointed. Let’s hope they see sense and give me my money back. So that I can stop updating this review. It’s causing me a lot of inflammation!!
Original: Joined with high hopes after being inspired by Yalda's Instagram content. However, the outdated app design feels like a time warp, not fitting for today's standards. Despite valuable content, the user experience is akin to a basic website, making the cost misleading. Disappointed by the condescending response to my refund request within 24 hours. Sadly, good content is overshadowed by subpar user and customer experiences. Oh well. I have invested £290 and so what to do? I know the advice is good. So will move ahead with it the way it is as I am sure Yalda will continue to inspire and educate. Just think it’s a real shame that the response and attitude is totally different once the money was paid. But I will get out of it what I need and rise above the attitude. 363 days to go… let’s hope I can write a glowing reviews in months to come and the content makes the experience worth it. Just to say, the attitude and condescending response prompted this public review. I tried to have a dialogue but was ignored. It’s a real shame.
I followed "Eat Burn Sleep" instagram page for a few months (I loved listening Yalda's advices ) before I signed up her platform.I can only say I really regret not signing her platform earlier.
Her knowledge, her motivation, her incorugmnet is amazing.
I am finishing 6 weeks reset tomorrow and so far I lost 5.5 kg,pain in my both knees are settling (I have bilateral patellofemoral osteoarthritis).I feel much better,my sleep is better....I will continue following Yalda's guidance....it is really easy even going out and meeting with friends you can always find food from the green list...

Being a member of EBS has changed my life. Because of all the wonderful things that I find on the platform, I am happy living a healthy lifestyle. Yalda and her platform Eat Burn Sleep came into my life at the right time and the right place. I am a cancer survivor. 3 years into remission. After My treatment has finished, I went to see few Functional medicine doctors in order to better my lifestyle. But infact all they did was create a really bad relationship between me and food. I became totally afraid of fruits, of carbs, of sugar even the natural ones and of meat. I was really lost, and started having a negative reaction towards food to the extent where i would either starve my self or binge eat and consume huge amount just like that. All i needed was a system to get me out of there. And Yalda came along. I am now on week 5 of the reset. I am feeling superb, light, lean and glowing. I fit well in my clothes. But most importantly is that i became friends again with all types of food, and i now have the knowledge on how to consume it.
I am in my 3rd year of EatBurnSleep membership. During the Covid pandemic and lockdown, I discovered Yalda on Instagram and started following her for few months before subscribing to the platform. At the beginning it was just curiosity, then got to know her personal story and tried to apply her recommendations for lowering inflammation and boosting my immune system, which during the pandemic was the obsession of everyone. It was only when I started to follow the lifestyle guide on the platform ( food, movement, mental wellness, …) that I realized how efficient and targeted is her method, which is fully based on her personal experience.
When started Yalda’s anti inflammatory lifestyle I was in my perimenopause and was experiencing hot flashes, brain fog and less energy. After just few weeks all unpleasant symptoms were gone and today in menopause I feel even better than 10 years ago🙂

I joined EBS in September 2022 and it’s the best money I have ever spent on my health. The amount of knowledge on the platform is incredible, and is constantly being updated. From delicious recipes, to numerous movement videos, meditations, podcasts, articles, masterclasses.. the list goes on and on. Even after a full year, there were still things to discover! I had no hesitation in renewing my membership in September 2023. The already low price has not changed since I first joined.. amazing value for money. Yalda is a quite unique role model and her genuine love for her work (and all her members) shines through. It’s like having your best friend at hand whenever you need her!
I subscribed to this platform a year ago with high expectations of gaining valuable insights into an anti-inflammatory lifestyle and diet. Unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed, as I found that the key information on the platform regarding an anti-inflammatory diet could easily be accessed for free online or in reputable anti-inflammatory books like "The Inflammation Spectrum" by Dr. Will Cole, or many other free podcasts which focus on the same topic.
Despite the inclusion of additional content such as yoga and exercise videos, I did not discover any new information that went beyond what I had already learned through my own research online and in books. While the platform offers a variety of features, I cannot justify the cost of the subscription, as I believe one can acquire the same knowledge at a fraction of the price by conducting straightforward research independently.
In essence, my expectation of uncovering novel insights into an anti-inflammatory lifestyle was not met, and I believe that the platform's subscription fee does not align with the value it provides, especially considering the wealth of readily available information elsewhere.

Really clunky platform, long winded explanations, not intuitive at all. As soon as I signed up I knew I’d made a mistake and requested a refund as not to the quality I would expect for the price. Most of the information already available online for free. No refund forthcoming.. I’d say to anyone considering this to check the small print (of which there is plenty) before signing up.
Love this health plan. It’s helped me in so many times of need when I’ve needed a gut reset or experiencing inflammation. The team at eat burn sleep are delightful to deal with and Yalda is a genius! The recipes are so easy and tasty. I’m so grateful to be off sugar and my body feels so much better for it.
