I cannot recommend Easy Storage highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, but what truly set them apart was the incredible staff.
Bradley and Daniel were absolutely brilliant. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. Not only were they professional and efficient, but they were also incredibly polite and friendly, which made all the difference.
Communication was top notch. they kept me in the loop every step of the way, so I never had to wonder what was happening. It is rare to find such genuine, "over the top" customer service these days.
If you're looking for a storage solution where you and your belongings are treated with respect, look no further. Huge thanks to Bradley and Daniel for making this such a positive experience, I really appreciate it x

BEWARE — do NOT trust this company with anything you value.
My elderly father was seriously ill in hospital and unable to make a payment, so I called to explain the situation and offer to make a payment????? To take over the account?????? TO BE TOLD they had already thrown away my late mother’s belongings. Not junk. Not rubbish. Personal, irreplaceable, deeply sentimental items that can NEVER be replaced.
What makes this even worse is the blatant dishonesty. One staff member told me the items were still there days earlier, yet today I am told they were “skipped” over New Year. So which is it? The stories don’t add up, and it is so clearly painfully obvious something is not right.
The lack of empathy is disgusting. The attitude from staff on the phone? Rude, dismissive, and completely unapologetic. No compassion, no accountability, just sheer utter arrogance.
You haven’t just “cleared a unit” you have destroyed memories that meant everything to a grieving family. That’s something you can’t fix, replace, or justify.
I will be taking this further and making sure people know exactly how you treat your customers. Absolutely appalling behaviour

My move was at short notice from Barry to Yorkshire in to storage. As I was in Yorkshire caring for my elderly mother since January 2025, the logistics of packing and organising was a bigger challenge.
In the event the whole moved worked like clockwork. By the time I reached the storage unit the guys were leaving, having unloaded the cargo. They dealt with access using a keypad, locked the unit and handed the key to my brother who went to the unit to make sure everything was ok. A brilliant service and must mention Chloe who brought all of the aspects together brilliantly and, importantly to me, unflappable and pleasantly.
Thoroughly recommend.

I recently used EasyStorage for the collection, storage and return of my belongings.
Unfortunately a number of items were returned damaged and several items were missing when my belongings were delivered back to me. At the time of collection, no damage to the items was recorded by the removal team.
I have since had to submit an insurance claim for the damaged and missing items, which is currently being assessed.
In addition to the claim itself, I have raised concerns about the overall quality of the service provided and the handling of my belongings during storage.
I am hopeful the matter can still be resolved properly, but based on my experience I would advise others to carefully document their items and condition before using the service.

I had a fantastic experience with Easy Storage in Newcastle! A huge shoutout to Sean, Dom, and Joe, who made the whole process incredibly smooth. Moving and storing things can usually be pretty stressful, but these guys were so helpful and friendly from start to finish. They went out of their way to make sure everything was handled properly and really took the hassle out of my day. It’s rare to find such a great team, I highly recommend asking for them if you need storage in the Newcastle area.

Just had all my stuff picked up from easy storage by Jerry, Gideon and Godfred and they were absolutely incredible. Such lovely people with fantastic customer service skills. They carefully and quickly packed everything away for us and we had a lot! So grateful for all their hard work and will definitely will always be using easy storage for any future moves. After an initial positive experience with the collection of my first pod in Ayrshire, I took out a second storage pod because it appeared to be a cost-effective option due to the way in which the website presents return charges.
When I entered the postcode for returning my existing pod to London, it showed a flat £249. I also confirmed with a member of staff that if I took out a second pod, both could be returned to London for a single fixed fee, rather than incurring two separate fees.
On that basis, I paid for and arranged for the rest of my belongings, day-to-day items kept with me at my temporary accommodation, to be collected so everything could be delivered together the following week.
But once I had the keys for my new address and entered the flat number, the price suddenly jumped from £249 to £2,700.84. Nothing on the site indicated that the cost would increase so dramatically.
Another staff member confirmed that easyStorage would charge an excessive amount to deliver my items to London and advised me to use a removals firm or move everything myself, which I ultimately had to do but could not arrange for another few weeks.
This left me in London for weeks with only a week’s worth of clothes and no access to essential items still in storage in Scotland. I also ended up paying for a pod and storage I would never have taken out had the website been upfront about the real cost of returning pods from Scotland to London.
The move was already stressful for reasons unrelated to easyStorage, but this added an entirely avoidable layer of anxiety and inconvenience. Had the true cost been clear, I would never have taken out the second pod. I would have kept the items with me and moved them myself at the same time as collecting the contents of my other pod.
Every staff member I dealt with was polite and easy to speak to, but none of them have acknowledged my complaint about this since I raised it in November.

I have no recollection of this at all:
"Our records show that return mileage charges were outlined during the first booking"
And I cannot see it in the screenshots I included in my email to your colleagues about this.
Please tell me where and when I would have been alerted to the additional mileage cost before using the dropdown to select my flat at the postcode.

Was slightly hesitant as I have never used a container for storage, I called easy storage who were excellent and always on email or phone if I had a question. I used this company to store furniture and belongings in between a house move. The container was clean and looked new, all my belongings were there for 4 months over winter and remained damp free and in perfect condition. Customer service with Philip was excellent, electronic locking with the gates and padlock was easy to use and gave me reassurance that my belongings were very safe. I used the Easy storage in Magnet Road, Grays. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend. Thank you Easy storage!

I must say I am very disappointed. I have recently moved my stuff into a storage unit in Beckenham. I did not received my unit details until my contract had started. I was very disappointed to learn that my storage unit was one flight up. When I called to discuss this I was told there is no lift access or any unit my size on the ground floor, I explained that I have very heavy items and they said contact the site directly. I was then told by the manager that there are only 9 steps, he offered to help me on the day but 'only' for the really heavy stuff. When I arrived on site there were 16 steps not 9 and the last step was perforated and its ripped my bag that cost me £70. When securing the unit I believe we should be made aware that it is up one floor with no lift access to plan accordingly, I have a bad back and anything I carry up will hurt it. Even the lighter stuff.
