The App is designed to generate tickets, I it seemingly random picks the registration number to use for parking and does not ask for confirmation. This has cost med 63.4 euro today because I payed for the ticket but the app somehow picked a regnumber for a rental car from last year.

Shit app, shit company nothing vetter than thieves!

The easiest parking app ever.
And also the best.

Fooling customers with suggesting wrong codes for parking, which leads to parking fines.
Absolutely unreliable app.

I used to love easypark but then I opened the business account and many issues occurred: I was forced to buy the subscription with one month notice period, hidden fees, they tell you the first month for free but then you are charged anyway. I got receipts without complete business information. They invite you to use the app but some information are available only on desktop.

I hate that I have to use this useless app because there are no alternatives! Physical old school parkometer works better than this company!!! Horrible service! Stupid chatbot, Hidden fees, Useless!!!! Avoid at all cost! Wish Stockholm city kept it service for parking in city so we didn't have to rely on such vultures like easy parking!!!!

Great app. Almost 100% reliable. I already used it also (in Sweden) for e-charging.

The application terminated the parking before the selected time which resulted in a fee. I started a 24h parking at 15:00 and customer support insist that I woke up in the middle of the night (3:00 am) to terminate the parking. Customer support is slow and not helpful.

I have now intalled the Parkster app, way better, much cheaper! Easy Parks greed will be their downfall, I predict.

Very easy to use in Halland on the west coast of Sweden. Hope for continued better communication between Smspark and other parking apps. Thank you all!

Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Understanding

I’ve had a frustrating experience with Easy Park, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Their customer service has been rude and unhelpful, showing little interest in addressing my concerns. It seems their primary focus is on making money rather than providing a good service to their customers.

Instead of offering understanding or solutions, they brush off issues, making it clear that they prioritize their profits over customer satisfaction. It's disappointing to deal with a company that doesn't seem to value its users or make an effort to communicate respectfully. I expected better!

Is working, that makes it the best.

Easy to use, I think is little more expensive than local apps but I was always ok with that since I can adjust the time.

Now, within 2 months I got the second fine for 600 Sek. The first time I accidentally used the wrong location on a new parking lot which had displayed no correct sign at that time. I paid the daily fee as staff member of the university for a location just 50 m away but was charged with the 600 Sek. The second time I accidentally used the wrong license plate which is quite easy when you press the "confirm license plate" button. I paid for the full day and got the ticket. I tried to explain it to them, they saw that I am regularly parking at that spot since I work there but just sent a disrespectful and threatening answer. I must say within Europe and the US where I lived for a few years, Easypark is by far the unfriendliest and most disrespectful organization, almost like a gang of gangsters, just read their responses when you get a fine. They got their daily fees two times from me and two times they did not even dare to be respectful or friendly....opposite to Göteborg Parking who offer a much better parking app. Unfortunately there is no Göteborg Parking near my working place but from now on I will always use Göteborg Parking when I have the possibility.That should be around 10 000 Sek less for Easypark over the course of a year. Many of my colleagues are equally fed up with them. I am happy to have contact with some high officials from the local government to report this. Maybe I can convince them to prefer Göteborg Parking at other parking lots of the university.

They own RingGo, which is terrible. I have tried to reset my password a number of times and each time, the new password is not accepted. So I used live chat on their website to ask for help and the agent just said they can't help and ended the conversation! It was obvious this was because it was 3 minutes to 5pm and he wanted to leave work. I tried the contact form on the website, but when I tried to submit, it said there was an error. So it is impossible for me to contact them so I can just use the app.

EasyPark App works great for charging, even when the charging company’s own app has failed. EasyPark is so convenient and much easier than having to pay and retrieve ticket from a machine.

For me one of the best apps I has been using, simple and clear

Don't use the EasyPark app if you don't want pay for parking AND get a fine on top of that. Happened to me THREE times and in the last couple of months in Stockholm. And yes, I parked and paid correctly. All fines together were 3000 SEK plus paid parking 598.12.SEK So I had to pay 3598.12 SEK for less than 5 hours of parking. And no customer service at all. Initially the app had a section for assistance with fines, but that is gone. Avoid this app and morally bankrupt mafia company.
