If I could give Easypark less than 1 star, I would. Just another company who has no issues taking your money while giving you the most frustrating customer service you will ever experience. I don’t know what it wrong with these companies. They won’t take your calls. Nobody calls you back. They want you to sent emails or waste time on chat bots. HUMANS STILL SPEAK TO OTHER HUMANS!!!! Talk to your customers!! I have spent over one hour waiting on calls to Easy park that no one picks up. It’s just insane that companies can get away with this nonsense. But when it’s time to take money from you, they are sharp and on point. What a joke of a company. I advise people to stop using any company that does not give good customer service. Stop giving them your money!!!!

EasyPark is a SCAM. I paid for an expensive parking in Copenhagen using this app and still got a parking ticket. I contacted the company who issued the parking ticket and Parkiapay who handles the issuing av the parking fines registered everything like was supposed to do and now nearly 3 months later nothing has been solved except that I had to pay for the parking fine as well. I RECOMMEND TO FIND ANOTHER MORE TRUST WORTHY APP then EasyPark that actually works

I find the app convenient and easy for me to use

From their APP they let you pay for areas, which NOT belongs to them! Then other administrator charges you a valid fee. (Cartel with Aimo?)

The app works all over Stockholm and is both easy and fast to use. Only drawback is the admin fee, which is low and understandable, but in some pkaces you can oay in other ways and don't get charged the EasyPark admin fee (normally only 5kr, but worth mentioning).

Easy to use, almost always is very clear which parking zone it is. I recommend!

This company is incredibly disappointing and exploitative. I parked my car in one of their locations and paid all the required fees, yet I still received a ticket. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, they were extremely rude and unhelpful.

Smooth to pay for parking.
Starting cost of 4.95 regardless of time is just greedy.

Quick and easy

I am beyond frustrated with EasyPark. They withdrew money from my account without giving any clear information about it. No upfront warning, no detailed explanation — just money gone. Apparently, it was for a “company account,” which I never knowingly signed up for, and nowhere during registration was it made clear that I’d be charged a monthly fee. This feels shady at best, and like a scam at worst.

Even after I contacted support, all I got was vague replies and “we’ll fix it,” but no proper apology or accountability. If you're thinking of using this app, don’t. Their lack of transparency and sneaky withdrawals make this service completely untrustworthy.

I use Easypark only sporadically as I do not own a car. Last week I wanted to park a rental car in a parking garage. I opened the app. It asked me to verify my telephone number, which I did. Then it asked me to enter the registration number of the last car I paid for to verify my account. How am I suppose to remember that? Alternatively, I could call customer service. But customer service did not answer. Maddening, to say the least.

The App is designed to generate tickets, I it seemingly random picks the registration number to use for parking and does not ask for confirmation. This has cost med 63.4 euro today because I payed for the ticket but the app somehow picked a regnumber for a rental car from last year.

Shit app, shit company nothing vetter than thieves!
