Customer support was great - previously difficult to get through to them - long queue times, it when I called this morning they answered quickly and helped very quickly - so the tip here is to call around 10am :)

ZERO STARS:
When I received by post a bill for 215 dkk for 15 dkk parking, payment term was already expired but I paid anyway.
Not receiving other communication or mail I thought it was done.
Months later, I received 810 dkk ticket from Collectia: 10 dkk as interest for the late payment and 800 as fee.
1025 dkk for 15 dkk parking.
In Denmark there are a lot of way to contact a customer, in primis via Easypark app.
I Will do my best to not use anymore easypark.
They like your money, take care.

The app no longer knows how to count.
The few times I've used easy parks app it's been fine, but now suddenly it has become useless.
I'm parking in a yellow Århus zone where you get 2 free hours pr. Day but the app refuses this and instead gives you a max of 11 hours, meaning my 21:00 to 10:00 becomes 21:00 to 08:00, confirmed on several phones, it feels like a scam to get more money for what should be free hours. (And is free hours in other apps)

a newspaper, I pay more in fees easypark than I do for the parking itself so three stops( flowers, bread, newspaper) in ten minutes cost me 3 times fee but if I park for 24 hours in a row, I only pay once ?
