Really horrible customer service

Really horrible customer service. A transaction fee of DKK 80.25 for one parking (on top of the 15% they ask for their service) and impossible to close your account as they do not respond either phone or email.

I'm sorry to read that you are not satisfied with the service you have received.

We don't decide the price range for parking areas - If you would like to complaint about a parking price please contact the parking operator.

EasyPark have always asked for a service fee of 15% minimum 4 DKK pr. parking.

We have been answering phone calls since 08:00 this morning and the phone will be open til 19:00. Maybe there has been a queue but we will of course answer your call when it's your turn.

If you send an email we will answer it has fast has we can.

The app stole my money for not parking!

The app stole my money for not parking! I then removed payment methods from the app, so they no longer could charge me for not parking... Then they send me a threat SMS!
If easypark is the only option at a parkingspot, find another place to park!

When deleting the payment method our system automatically sends out a SMS saying that there isn't an active payment method on the EasyPark account. You can just ignore the SMS.

Your Phonenumebr 004570221208 is not…

I had problem with Camera unregistred driveout from Fisketorvet, but it was fixed by support from Easyapp. p.s. their phone starts to work from 10.00

They don't answer your phone call

I have been trying to delete my account for around 6-7 months now, they still send me bills to pay, and its too much, i have to wait hours for a call to be taken, eventhough i am number one on the list since morning.
I have sent documents and everything via e-mail and still got rejected. I wont pay nothing anymore and if they try something i will get a lawyer and sue everyone from boss to workers, one by one. The dissrespect they give to you

Confusing for first time users

Easy to get confused for first time parking. I clicked through quite a few things and thought I had activated the parking, seeing the correct parking lot number, a time of day etc. Turns out I was supposed to click a few times more. That learning experience cost me 800 kr. :( It should be more clear in the app whether the parking is activated or not

I advise not to use the application to avoid getting a fine

I went to viborg hospital with my pregnant wife

Where I parked my car on the second floor P2

 I paid the parking fee through EasyPark APP Two minutes after I parked my car

When I came back in the evening to get the child seat, I was surprised that there was a violation, even though I paid using EasyPark Right after I got out of the car 50kr  for 15 hours

since there is an agreement with EasyPark, when using the app it appears to me that I can pay with EasyPark, why do I get a fine of 510kr, when I can't use the app, I look for another way, but remember that it appeared For me I can use the application, deduct the amount from my account, also allow me to park my car for 15 hours

I advise not to use the application to avoid getting a fine It is inaccurate

This apps work

This apps work, i pay for Easypark for all time 13:15 16:06 parking 08/10/2021.
Then i come to car and see extra ticet for 795kr. I call for Easypark 5 days and write 4 messages in gmail. AND I GOT NO RESPONSE TO CALLS OR GMAIL.
DONT TRUST AND DONT PAY FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!

The app stopped the parking by itself…

The app stopped the parking by itself as I was putting my phone back in my pocket. That costed med a fine i Copenhagen 02-10-21.

Easy Park certainly does not seem easy

Easy Park certainly does not seem easy! I just got fined for parking in area 4521. I paid for area 4324, which is what the app map suggested. When I go to the same location in the app now, it switched to 4521. Same location! When contacting the company, they refuse to treat it as a technical error and they uphold the claim...

They took my parking fee

They took my parking fee. I got a parking fine and then told me I parked in the wrong place ?? nothing but fraudulent in my opinion. Canceled my account. Mega Sh*te service.. The App is crap..

Integration with private parking companies...

Handy app but can get rather expensive and the integration with private parking companies like Apcoa is not seamless. Just received a fee from Apcoa for parking in their location, despite having paid with Easypark, and Easypark correctly positioning the parking garage and it's provider.

Avoid... if you want to avoid paying fines!

Avoid if you want to avoid paying fines. Even if the app shows the correct parking position, it doesn't necessarily have to be registered. And the company puts the responsibility on the user. The ability to use GPS from your device simply shouldn't be enabled then. At least reprehensible behavior of the service provider.

The GPS function in the app is something you as a customer has choosen to use. EasyPark asks when you download the app ''Do you want to use location from the phones GPS?''.

You always have the opportunity to not use the GPS by removing this possibility in settings. The GPS function is not something EasyPark chosen for you.

We are of course sorry about you getting a fine and that we can't be helpful.

Worst parking app ever

Worst parking app ever! Doesn't register location correctly resulting in fines. Don't use Easypark - use something else, if you can.

We understand why you are not happy about having to pay a fine.

Eventhough we have understanding for your frustration. We have to mention that it's the parkants responsibility to make sure that the parking that is startet through the app is correct. Has parkant you are the only one in the given situation that are able to doublecheck if the parking is correct.

The GPS signal is coming from the phone and not directly from EasyPark. This means that if there is guidet to the wrong area it's the GPS in the phone that is off and not the EasyPark app.

Eventhough this is a sad and frustration case we wish you a nice day.

DONT TRUST in automatic parking with CamerapPark

I have the automatic parking with CameraPark on and on 1st of April didnt work.

I just got a parking ticket claiming that I didn't pay for my parking at Fields shopping center on 1st april from 15:34:04 to 17:05:41.

The fine came with a picture of my car which is accurate, however, EasyPark automatic camera park did not work correctly that day.

I have used their app as i normally do…

I have used their app as i normally do and i payed for parking at a hospital like normally. I have no ideea what the heck happend with their app but aparently my parking got cancelled automaticly,no notification or anything 1 minute later,and when i got back to my car i found a 610kr fine. Never going to use their app again,i was not in a good place with money when this happend,having a hand in gips and all and cannot work. A parking fine was the last thing i needed. I feel very dissapointed,i normaly used their app on a daily basis and nothing like this happend before :(
