In this pandemic time easemytrip was…

In this pandemic time easemytrip was very helpful on refunding the amount within the given period of time. Although None of the call Center were working, however the back end team made sure that we get back our refund.
I would really appreciate there efforts in this pandemic. Hope to use easemytrip as my travel partner
