Dear Goibibo Team,

We are extremely disturbed by what has happened with our booking for 8 passengers on the Ahmedabad - Ho Chi Minh – Danang route.

Despite being issued as a confirmed ticket through Goibibo, we were denied boarding at the airport because the ticket did not exist in the airline’s system. At that moment, it genuinely felt like we had been scammed by GOIBIBO. Our VISAs were issued on the basis of this ticket, and our entire holiday including hotels, taxis, and internal travel was planned around it.

Because of this shocking situation, we had to urgently purchase fresh tickets from Ahmedabad to Hanoi at very high last-minute fares. Due to the sudden change, we lost our original hotel and taxi bookings and had to rebook accommodation in Hanoi, along with arranging another flight to Danang.

This has caused significant financial loss and severe mental stress for all 8 of us. From our perspective, this incident amounts to a serious breach of trust and accountability.

We request an immediate investigation and full reimbursement of all losses incurred due to this invalid booking.

Awaiting a prompt and satisfactory response.

Do not book flight ticket through Goibibo app since i have booked the ticket for which I am still following up last couple of months they have received the refund from Indigo Airlines for the cancellation of my ticket, As a customer while claiming from Goibibo refund they have generated a false ARN number and provided me the same which doesn't exist..still chasing for my refund

Did not get refund for flight cancelled by Spice jet

My flight scheduled from Bengaluru to Kolkata on 3rd December 2025 was cancelled by Spice Jet . While booking the flight Goibibo did not provide my mobile number. Spice jet claims to have sent mobile message regarding cancellation of flight on 14th November 2025. to the mobile number associated the PNR. I was not intimated of the message by Goibibo. I cancelled my booking on 30th November, only when I was about to web check in.
After this I have sent several emails to Goibibo to refund the amount for the ticket since the flight was cancelled by the airlines. I have raised multiple tickets but everytime the ticket was closed without resolving the issue.Still have not got my refund. The team is not responding to the emails or calls.
The lapse on part of Goibibohas caused tremendous stress and absence from a very important meeting, which has cost me a huge sum of money.

Bhaiya Travels

I booked a ticket from Jabalpur to Ahmedabad for 4 persons. The price was more than 4k per person. The boarding time was 4.30 pm from Jabalpur. It came at 4.10 but left almost 1 hr late. I reached Ahmedabad at 1 pm instead of 8.30 am. Also ,after vadodra, when I was sitting with my family, I observed that 4 persons went above where our 2 seats were booked and bags were kept. Upon asking, then told me that they will travel till Ahmedabad. I complaint about it. Also the lock of bathroom door was not working. Overall, not a good experience

The booking process was quick, the confirmation email came instantly, and I also received a proper invoice for my records. The driver arrived on time, was polite, and the ride was comfortable throughout. I appreciate how simple and transparent the whole process was. Definitely using GoIbibo again for future travel! 🙌

As a female passenger i booked a bus at 9 30 from greator noida zero point and the bus was delayed.I tried to ask them for help as I was alone at that place till 11 am then I took another bus randomly after waiting for long time.I want refund for my trip.The app never even listen to the problems. Very disappointed.

Unprofessional experience

My flight with Airasia got cancelled, I was thankful that the company refunded full to Goibibo as I bought from them. I had no worries as I thought it is in safe hands and I will get back in my bank account. But unfortunately I called them 100 times each day new executive talks , I spoke to the supervisor also on 5th March but all in vain. Suddenly I saw 5000 they reversed in my bank account but still no development, no one has the answer. I am really so worried.How unprofessional experience!

Scammed !

I have to say I was scammed.While I was checking the flight rates in Goibibo India,I found a good rate and i locked that price by paying Rs.2499.Afterwards when I tried to book the ticket I was not able to proceed,as they were giving different options which were irrelevant, thus not leading to booking and that was the first time i felt something was wrong and because of this reason it lead me to book tickets which were almost double the rates.

After trying calling Goibibo customer care for almost 2 hours i got someone to speak.His name was Rahul Gautham.I tried explaining what happened and this guy was extending the conversation unnecessarily and not giving the solution and making things unnecessarily complicated and that time it was clear that everything was a scam related to 'Lock the Price' system while booking flight tickets in Goibibo.This guy later told me he will call me back which never happened and I tried calling Goibibo back for a long time where no one answered.

Being such a big company,there is no email id to raise an issue to Goibibo,but they do have 2-3 contact numbers which no one answers the call.

I would definitely move legally and i will escalate this fraud to reach maximum in social media and other platforms too

The staff and the entire management very unprofessional. This days they do scam. Mr Karan Das and Ankana Pal made false promises and scammed by 8120 INR. And their customer care never care for the customers. They don't reply over in email nor call back.

Regarding Hotel Booking

I had booked a hotel through this app. When I reached the hotel, the manager denied of any such booking and said that they don’t have any tie up with go ibibo. I had already paid for the booking. I tried to contact the customer support then and there but there was no response from their side. At last I had to book another hotel by paying again. After this incident it is almost going to be a month now but there is no response from their side. I am even unable to raise a ticket on their app for this issue. Such a horrible and disgusting company. They are fraud and cheaters. Only know how to loot customers.

I booked cab from gurgaon to Mussoorie…

I booked cab from gurgaon to Mussoorie for 6th oct to 9th oct at 1 am on 6th October.
While booking there was no details provided that we can only take the journey back and forth to Mussoorie and cannot visit any nearby places within 50 km radius to Mussoorie.
Also, while booking it was showing on app that you can retain cab till retain and take multiple stops (attached screenshot for same).

One important thing that Gurugram to Mussoorie return is only max 700km(312km)
and given km for this trip which is included is 1000km, what I will do for remaining km ??? You say !

I also tried contacting customer care at 7 am in morning of 6th oct to clarify whether we can go to other places, and it was assured to me they will call me back, but I did not receive any call regarding my queries so couldn't cancel it 4 hours before departure.
At 8:30 when I called again, the customer representative told me that the vendor is denying going to any place other than Mussoorie and I had no other option other than going for cancellation of this cab since cancellation charges showing too high which is full advance payment (3990) which is not justified for me.
Now it has been said that we will not get any refund.as it’s already half an hour left for trip to begin and I talked to 4 customer representatives, all were arguing rather than helping.
This delay happened because there was no response from customer care team regarding the vendor concerns and also it was conveyed very late around 9 am.
also, goibibo share driver details half an hour before trip and deducts full amount as penalty which is very wrong.

I have booked various trips earlier one was spiti valley where we have been to various places and had a very pleasant journey with 4-5 stops.

Please look into it and remove the penalty charges as it is unethical. We are hopeful to get 100% waive of penalty. I will book other trip once will get the reply.

Bus Cancelled By Provider and No Refund

I booked a bus from goibibo and the bus was cancelled by the provider i.e. HRTC.
The bus was cancelled and it is showing that the trip was completed in application. I checked with support team also they create a ticket for the team but after a month the team updated on the ticket that the issue is resolved. No action was taken and even no one called me.
I called complaint number several times but it is now not routing to support person. I mailed also but they reply this is not for complaint.

It been more than 2 months.
