Tragic account opening and verification process
Maybe trading conditions, spreads, commissions are quite good, but customer service is completely tragic. In another broker account verification takes less than half an hour and you can trade succesfully. In EasyMarkets 25 hours after registration I am waiting for account verification. Face reading software does not work with camera in laptop. Live chat does not work at all. The staff does not respond for e-mails. An account can be removed exlusively via e-mail to the support. There is no any option to remove account on their website. Even Google at that moment can not open their website. Does that firm exist?

Official website went offline two days ago, without any prior notice of this.
When contacting them, you get no explanation for this move, they just tell you to use new web site.
Already two days that I am unable to login into their app nor trade through TradingView.
If this move is something legit communication behind it has been terrible.
Something stinks about it.
Also, you cannot find them anymore as a sponsor of Real Madrid, whereas they still advertise it on their website.

Fast execution, low spread cost at fixed prices are an incredible easy to work with feature that every broker should adhere to, well done easyMarkets!
After trying several brokers and failing to profit due to spreads changing mid trade and unfair margins I found this broker. I'm now in profit and protecting my capital.

Disappointing End After many Years with easyMarkets
After trading with easyMarkets for over 25 years, I trusted the platform — deposits and withdrawals were smooth, and trading conditions were decent. But in recent times, my experience changed for the worse.
Despite being a VIP client, my concerns about chart discrepancies, unexplained changes to stop-loss behavior, and incomplete rebate payments were either ignored or met with vague responses. My issues were never properly addressed, and the company chose to shut down further communication by claiming they had already given “full explanations” — which simply isn’t true.
What’s most frustrating is that while my legitimate concerns went unanswered, I noticed a flood of overly positive, suspicious reviews that seem more like damage control than genuine feedback. It’s insulting to loyal clients like myself who raise real issues in good faith and provide documentation.
Sadly, after decades of loyalty, I was met with silence instead of support. I hope this review encourages easyMarkets to reflect on how it treats long-term clients who dare to speak.
