My orders have been delayed for over 12…
My orders have been delayed for over 12 hours, even though I used the instant buy option to purchase my BTC. When I try to reach customer support, they tell you you’ll get a response in 3 days. The only person responding to my emails is one of their consultants, Dee but still, my crypto has not been released. Instead, I’ve been asked what I plan to do with it and where I’m sending it. Since when does the reason for buying crypto affect whether an order is released? This is the second time this has happened, and I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated. This could very well be the last time I use EasyCrypto. I’ve lost money in the process when the goal was to make a profit this is really disgusting

Due to AML and compliance reasons, we have to sometimes double check with customers on orders before releasing them. If we are asking you questions about "what I plan to do with it and where I’m sending it.", it will be due to these obligations.
I understand the questions and delays can be frustrating, but we are doing this to be able to operate as a business, as well as keep you safe from scammers.

I don't believe most of the reviews, as I have been treated very bad by their support, especially Orion who never answered my concerns and kept copy and paste answers, every time i buy crypto, they make me wait for 48 hours and more, first time i had to wait for 8 days, due to the delay crypto dropped and i lost money. now I have 2 orders since yesterday and they haven't sent it to me, probably they are waiting for crypto to go down, so they make me lose more money. and they kept asking my personal question about my own crypto, nobody has the right to ask me that. they made me to create a new wallet with Easy crypto which i am happy to use because it is easy to use but still this is not the way i should have been treated.

Thanks for your review - I'm sorry your experience has not been the best. Just to address some of the issues you've mentioned:
Orion is our AI chatbot who helps with initial info before getting one of the human team. It looks like you might not have realized this and I can see you were stuck in a bit of a loop with it. There is a message "This answer was composed by Orion, Easy Crypto's AI Agent" at the bottom of all of Orion's replies. We'll use your case to make the handover from AI to human team members work better.
The majority of orders go through automatically with no delay. However due to AML and compliance reasons, we have to sometimes double check with customers on orders before releasing them, especially if we have any concerns about our customers' safety/possibility they are involved in a scam.
With your first delay - the majority of that time was us waiting for you to reply to our emails before we could release your order. The 2nd delay was on Waitangi Day which is a public holiday in New Zealand, and as such we had skeleton staff online.
Happy with everything
The platform is easy to use and the Customer Service is excellent.
