still good at the quality but no respond in email

WE ORDERED TSHIRTS FOR LITERACY WEEK AND THEY SENT US ONLY ONE SHIRT. WE HAVE WAITED TWO WEEKS AND WEW ONLY HAVE ONE SHIRT OUT OF 4. NOONE HAS RESPONDED TO OUR EMAIL.

HORRIBLE!!!! Sent me wrong size, had to send all these different measurements to prove it, refused to exchange it for the size I ordered. Took 6 weeks to come to that conclusion. Ordered team shirts and they were different material and various different shades. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Only received one of three items ordered and they refused to refund or just send me my other two items. Terrible customer service. Beware before you order.

Saw the cute tshirts of SLP through an ad. Purchased three of them for $34 and they came out good. Cute designs, good fabric, no flaws. The delivery time was pretty long though, I had to wait for nearly 2 weeks but it was worth it. Will come back and buy more for my team

My expectations were exceeded. I asked if they could add a small 25 to celebrate our 25th anniversary and they did! The shirts turned out amazing and they are such great quality. So happy we had the matching shirts for our special day. Thank you!

Horrible experience.
We never received our order and we emailed them and they told us to check with our post office but they said it was out of there hands and no record of it.

I purchased three shirts. All of which look ok. One of my shirts is great. 96% cotton. Just as advertised. However the other two are a scratchy 50% cotton. Not comfortable at all. This is not what I was told on their website that I would receive.

Utterly terrible. I submitted an order and got a tracking number a few days later, it never showed the package being received. Then I got another tracking number without asking. This too showed the package not being received. I reached out to the company and asked for a refund and they told me that the package was being packed and would be sent in a couple days and provided me with a new tracking number. I told them that I just wanted a refund because I’ve had tracking numbers in the past and they did nothing and then all of a sudden they had a tracking number that showed my order as delivered but I still don’t have it and the post office has no record of it. Beware. This company is a huge scam.

Took over three weeks for order to arrive. The shirts are not 100% cotton, and the designs are poor quality. There’s even a flaw in the design on my shirt.

This was the worst shopping experience I've ever been through. My order arrived 3 months after placement and many email messages later. I don't know why it took so long considering the items came from IL and I live in Michigan. The order I finally received was missing items I paid for. The items were not as advertised, made of polyester instead of cotton. I would NOT recommend wasting your time and money with Easy Bears.

SCAM ALERT! This is a Singapore scam site. They have addresses from the UK, Arizona, and Singapore on their site in different places. 100% of designs on their site are poor quality copies of other original work. They can't print well with small images stolen off the internet. CRIMINALS. They steal from others to offer you poorly made knock-offs. Doubt your order will even arrive. If they stole your designs, file a DMCA takedown notice. Looks like they're on Shopify...

I ordered a camping pj set. A month or more later, I got two pairs of pants instead of pants and a shirt. The material was not comfy pj material, like other reviews have claimed. But they were just the pants and honestly, I wanted the shirt more than anything any way so I emailed support, they asked for pictures of what I got as well as the shipping label. Then they said they’d ship the shirt. Waited weeks for the shirt to come, and then I got an email saying my issue was resolved and they were closing my support ticket. I emailed again and said that my issue was NOT resolved and I was still waiting on my shirt, which they replied and said was in transit and should arrive by July 19th, which is fine, but communication would’ve been nice instead of just closing my ticket. Got the shirt the next day, the material was definitely not what they showed in the picture (NOT A COTTON TSHIRT) and it wasn’t even the same color as the photo of what I ordered. Their return policy clearly states that if a customer is unhappy with their purchase they will get a full refund “no question asked” and you don’t even have to return the items. they have offered me 35% and 50% and when I argued the point and sent a screenshot of their return policy, they said I could either have a 50% refund or a full refund but if I got the full refund, I’d have to ship the items back… TO CHINA, which would cost more than my full refund. This company is a complete lying fraud!!!!! (PS - I had offered to ship the items back before I realized they were from China… my return label said California)

Ordered my item over two months ago and still have not received it. I contact support and get the run around and they keep telling me to just be patient. Call the shipping company today they told me its not their issue its the responsibility of the shipper. I've asked for a refund 3 times and they just keep making excuses. Pretty pissed I was really looking forward to getting these pajamas. DO NOT ORDER from them

Wolf raglan pj set is awesome. Great quality and great customer service. I will be ordering again. It's nice to find a company that sells wolf items. Thank you!!!

I ordered 2 sets of pajamas. After waiting longer than expected I received 1 Item not 1 set, 1 item, the bottoms of 1 set. I contact them and get an automated response. Over a week later I get the top to the bottoms with the decal BACKWARDS wth?? This was a gift ..... how embarrassing. So again I contact and get automated apology and will refund the defective item. Mind you I still haven’t received the second half of my order. When that is finally received a couple of weeks later and still with no refund for the defective item it’s the wrong color not a color I would wear or give anyone else and not the teal color that I ordered and paid for. Now they offer a 30% refund on the 2nd set. It is wrong And THEFT to think it is at all acceptable to offer to refund 30% which is $10.78 of something they took $34.95 + tax for and not only took over a month to deliver they deliver the incorrect item that did not meet the expectations that were promised. And again I still haven’t received the refund for the defective 1st half of the order. I will also add the fabric is not what I expected either.

I got these for my friend at Christmas time but we exchanged fed gifts later due to covid. The PJS didn’t end up fitting but I contacted the customer support and their sending me the next size up. They were very helpful.

I paid almost $80 for an order I placed recently, it took over 50 emails and 30 days for me to receive my purchase. It was HORRIBLY made!! Contacted them again for a return address, had to send pictures of products and labels only to be offered a 40% refund from the $79.98 I paid!- STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE THE WORSE!! 😡😡😡😡

Their clothing looks cute but they say it’s cotton when it’s polyester. I ordered red, but the color I got was more like a dark orange and they don’t want to give your money back. Offered me 20%. Then made a final offer of 30%. What? Really? Made me send pictures showing a measuring tape on the items when my issue wasn’t about sizing. Finally filed a dispute through my credit card. Won’t buy from them again.

I bought a pair of pajama's for $45 in December. They came in May and were the WORST. So very cheap with flaws. I contacted customer service and they want to give me a 15% refund...there are defects. DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from easybears.
