Great Customer Service and patience

Had quite a few items to order for 4 bathrooms and staff took us through ordering each item and designed the bathrooms. Also, when we had to return items due to changing them or a mistake in the order, the process was very smooth. Overall due to the amount of items ordered and complexities, each stage of the process was excellent.

Slightly mixed experience but the installation quality and finish is 5 star

Mixed experience. Firstly the initial sell with Will was fine. Nice helpful chap. Process was fine. Then we paid a deposit which was quite a lot for 2 bathrooms. The time from paying to getting an installation date confirmed felt long and we had to chase it up which was disappointing. We were told the team that was doing the installation was no longer available so they’ve got someone else, “but they’re very good”. That didn’t really fill me with confidence. Then we had to go through the detailed order list to make sure it was accurate, if anything is missing wrong it could be our fault etc etc. The whole balance has to be paid in advance of the installation which I wasn’t comfortable with at all. I felt we were chased too much for the money. We were on holiday abroad and had problems accessing our money because of it so it took us some time to get it sorted, I felt a bit badgered by all the calls for the money.

Then came the actual installation - AK & Team were outstanding! Arrived 7.45am daily, worked until 6-8pm each night, little break in between, 2-4 people working each day. Clean, polite, tidy, hard working guys, worked brilliantly as a team. Stripped out 2 leaky damp bathrooms, channelled out, plumbing, electrics, the lot all done in 6 days. They were amazing and couldn’t fault a thing. Would highly recommend them. The quality and finish of both bathrooms is exceptional.

Collection of the waste within 7 days - this was interesting. 3 huge full Hippo bags. Easy bathrooms/Hippo sent a lady in a transit van to collect them. She empties them by hand, even in 38 degrees! My husband help the poor girl do ours. She only took 1 bag as the van was full so the other 2 bags are still here. This bit of the systems doesn’t work at all, I was expecting a lorry with a grabber that picked the bags up and took them away. It isn’t that.

The staff are amazing

Reduced guarantees for electrical products

About four years ago, we bought four illuminated and heated bathroom mirrors from Easy Bathrooms for our new dormer bungalow. We were told by the salesman that they were guaranteed for ten years. We did not check what the salesman had told us by researching their conditions of sale on their website. We believed what we were told.
The proximity switch on one of the mirrors, installed in a rarely used guest’s bedroom, failed after very little use. Easy Bathrooms refused to replace it and said that the guarantee did not apply to the electrical components. However, they said that they may, under certain circumstances, consider a replacement if the mirror was less than two years old. They did, however, offer to sell me the defective part for £20 which would mean employing an electrician to fit it.
Their replacement policy implies that bathroom mirrors are a bi-annual consumable product, even though they are a permanently, electrically wired piece of equipment and part of the bathroom infrastructure.
Think twice about purchasing bathroom mirrors from this company. You may find that their 10 year guarantee only covers parts of the product which are unlikely to fail and the parts which can easily fail are not covered.

The welcome we had as soon as we…

The welcome we had as soon as we entered the showroom was polite and professional,the knowledge and patience shown by Morgan (didnt realise she was the manager at the time of the first visit) was absolutely brilliant and it was her that made us want to buy from you,we went back a few more times to double check things and Morgan showed what customer service is all about!! Keep hold of her she did your company proud

Another bathroom

Our bathroom fitter advised us to go to an Easy Bathroom showroom and see what’s available - our nearest one is Blackburn and we spoke to Neil. We explained that our fitter will be using a branch nearer to his home town to buy what we need and we wouldn’t actually be ordering anything from Blackburn. Neil still took time to walk us round the showroom and talk us through the various options available. We appreciated his input, views and time very much. Great service - Thankyou.

Great service from beginning to end.

The people at the showroom were very helpful with lots of advice and many options for designing a bathroom.
The fitters were excellent, respectful of our home, friendly, hard working and able to solve any issues arising. We are very pleased with the finished product.

A Masterclass in How Not to Manage a Customer.

I contracted Easy Bathrooms Wakefield in January 2026 for a full bathroom design and installation under their Simply Install service. Their own website guaranteed a ten-day turnaround, fully project managed by the local store. The project started 30 March 2026. It is not complete today.

The installation was characterised by unauthorised structural decisions made without consultation, which led to out of pocket costs of circa £1,500; a catalogue of incorrect products supplied, some fitted before the errors were identified, others thankfully caught before they ruined the finished result; workmanship defects at handover — snagging is to be expected, to be fair to the installers — and a near-total absence of the project management that was contracted and paid for. The named Installation Manager made his first and only site visit eight days into a project that ran for over three weeks against a guaranteed turnaround of ten days. He acknowledged in writing that Easy Bathrooms had fallen below expected standards.

At every stage I attempted to resolve matters directly. I contacted the showroom manager, the field installations manager, the installations compliance coordinator, the head of installations, and the payments team. Commitments were made and not kept at every level without exception. When the compliance coordinator left the company mid-complaint, no handover was made and no contact was initiated.

What struck me most was not the failures themselves — problems occur on complex projects — but the consistent inability of Easy Bathrooms at every organisational level to take ownership, follow through on commitments, or demonstrate any meaningful understanding of what it would take to resolve the situation. Every olive branch extended was met with another broken promise or misdirected response.

I submitted a formal Letter of Claim supported by exhaustive documents and records on 16/06/26. No response has been received within the two-week deadline. The matter is now being escalated through the appropriate formal channels.

If you are considering Easy Bathrooms for a major installation, I would urge you to ask very specific questions about how the project will actually be managed once the contract is signed, given that they position themselves as a turnkey service. What you are paying for — and what is the entire justification for engaging such a company over independent trades — is flawless management, delivery and problem resolution from start to finish. If I had wanted to be on site every day, sourcing products and managing tradespeople myself, I could have employed separate trades, supplied everything independently, and saved in the region of 50% off the final bill. So caveat emptor. In Easy Bathrooms' case, what it says on the tin bears little resemblance to what's delivered. I urge you to shop around, and find a company that takes project management and customer satisfaction as seriously as it takes the sale.

Everyone at Easy Bathrooms in Fareham…

Everyone at Easy Bathrooms in Fareham are so helpful and friendly, Pip our sales advisor was amazing! The choice of products, and the fact that you can see them displayed is fantastic. We are delighted with our new bathroom and would highly recommend them. There was an issue with one of the units, once I spoke to customer Services and took a photo illustrating what it was, they sent a new one straightaway! Very happy customer all round.😊

Gina was very helpful as always

Gina was very helpful as always. We recently purchased our new bathroom from easy bathrooms. So decided to go back for our shower room she always keeps you within your budget and nothing is too much trouble. She goes up and above to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
