Local showroom staff were very helpful during the ordering process, especially with quantities. Delivery of goods was as agreed with the delivery team - they also placed the items where requested. All in all a very satisfactory service from Easy Bathrooms. I would definitely use them again.
Excellent showrooms and staff
I chose Easy Bathrooms because I could visit the showrooms and see everything physically. While there are dozens of online stores selling bathroom equipment, they cannot replicate the piece of mind of actually seeing and feeling products personally.
The showrooms have an excellent range of products and the staff are very helpful when it comes to checking stock or exchanging products.

So pleased that we visited the showroom as there was a good range on display of what we were looking for. The staff were also happy to assist in answering our questions. Our order was delivered within a few days and was fitted with no issues within days. Overall a great experience.

We are building a house and needed a lot of bathrooms.5 bathrooms,3 toilets and a shower room! Andrew and Dean have been absolutely brilliant in organising everything we have needed! A few teething problems during our journey but dealt with immediately and professionally! Couldn’t recommend them enough!
Warranty and Customer Service
The showroom experience was good, but the after-sales support has been very poor. My warranty claim for a faulty shower head has been ongoing for weeks with no resolution. I've had to chase multiple times, and despite being given an expected delivery date, nothing arrived and no one contacted me proactively. Customer service keeps apologising but cannot provide a clear solution or timescale. I hope Easy Bathrooms improves the way it handles warranty claims.

Would love to give a higher rating but that’s only because the product itself looks good. Other than that the whole experience has been bad. Starting with the sales experience, we received our quote and agreed to push ahead and were then told by the sales staff member that they had missed items off our order so we received a new and higher quote. Again, agreed to push ahead. Received confirmation of our curb side delivery and noticed there was the option to upgrade to the delivery being brought into the property so we asked to upgrade and we’re told we were too late and if we wanted this, it would delay the delivery. At no point during the sales consultation were we told of this option and were only told it was curb side delivery only! The delivery was very heavy and a nightmare to handle on our own and this could have been avoided. We then noticed that certain items were missing and were told they hadn’t been added to the quote/order even though we had a very detailed conversation with the sales person in regards to these items and were assured they were part of the order. During the design process we also changed one wall to fully tiled from half tiled and again were re assured multiple times that this change was added to the final quote and order but it wasn’t and we were short on tiles and our tiler had to use off cuts to make up the difference as we knew it would take time to have new ones delivered. A month after installation the ready assembled wall into had a fault and the door came off! Chased this up and took over a week to get any help so we’re forced to fix it ourselves. We then received a call to say they could get us replacement parts but by then the issue was resolved. The door has now come off again and it is taking days to get any help and just keep being told they are raising it with the technical team. Totally disappointed in the service and the after care I would recommend avoiding this form but most especially their Gateshead Team Valley branch.
Dreadful experience alk round
Placed order and paid 4k deposit iin March 2026. 5 weeks before survey took place, not 7-10 days as they promise. At survey installer said probably going to be June install. Waited patiently, called installation team many times, next to useless, who eventually said now looking like September ??? We said this was unacceptable, cancelled the order mid June and deposit returned.
Easy Bathrooms are anything but easy. They do not employ own installers but partner with an independent installer local to your area and pay them a set amount . Thing to realise is that this local installer has other more lucrative work on his books so will keep kicking the lower profit Easy bathrooms jobs down the road until he is less busy.
Easy Bathrooms have little control over installers, all their timescale promises are just loose estimates. They had 4k of my money up front for 3 months. Avoid at all costs.
Best about it is 2 weeks after cancelling and getting a refund they e mail me offering an estimate install of end September ! They can't even communicate between departmants.
Avoid these charlatans, useless in every way.

Easy bathrooms flakey after sales (delivery and customer service)
There are a few problems I have experienced.
1) Sales staff don’t provide customer service - I was fobbed off to a department in Leeds to deal with the fallout of being delivered the wrong tiles. No accountability on their part to you as their customer and ZERO help offered.
2) Customer service are very customer service oriented - so very good at talking to customers in the right way, yet with very little power to go out of their way to actually resolve customer issues. I have heard on several occasions through this ordeal “I can’t promise a delivery for you - that is down to the logistics department - I can try” - as a company this reflects them being very quick to take your money - but clearly with little ability to follow through reliably to delivery - It actually seems to me that items are put in the wrong shelf in the warehouse - so they routinely send out the wrong item for the right part number.
My recommendation to any future customers is to AVOID Easy Bathrooms. It’s not worth the hassle of a poor after sales experience
Very disappointed by the service received.
(EDIT as even if I had many problems, and had to buy things separatly after have the bathroom fitted, they where always replying to my emails and being kind).
I visited the showroom and explicitly agreed with the staff that all fittings for my order needed to be black. I received my quotation and paid promptly. However, I initially received only a partial delivery and was not notified that any items were missing. Weeks later, I had to collect the missing parts directly from the shop myself, despite having paid a £70 delivery fee.
Furthermore, during installation, I discovered that the overflow waste provided was chrome instead of black. When I contacted them, I was told that I needed to purchase the black version separately. Since we clearly agreed on an all-black specification at the time of the order, this should have been clarified beforehand. I am very disappointed by the service received.

Returns process
I ordered a new toilet seat online. Unfortunately it was not quite the right size so I had to return it. The lady in the local store was very helpful and was able to contact the appropriate team to get the return processed the same day.
A good experience - no issues
The showroom experience was good and were able to physically view all items which we bought. Delivery was on time and all items, some heavy, brought into the house. Delivery staff were friendly and efficient. Quality of all purchased (bathroom) items was good.
