Easy Bathrooms Reviews 

Installation started 6 months plus ago, over 5 months without shower due to poor fitment. Took 3 months to rectify that. Still waiting for extractor fan and lights to be rectified and working again due to incorrect fitting.
Spent over £1000 on solicitors fees to no avail.
Warranty do not return calls, an absolute appaling waste of money and terrible customer service from both the Peterborough branch and warranty office.

I didn't get the tiles I thought I had ordered. For my new shower room The information next to the display was incorrect. My husband died during the process of delivery and application of tiles. When I informed Easy bathrooms about the mis order at first they offered £50 gesture of god will then £75 then when I complained £100. Why al the haggling? I said from initial contact I would accept £100. So I'm not too impressed by Easy bathrooms

My mum and I had such a great experience purchasing with Easy Bathrooms our 1st time. Oscar was hugely helpful in assisting us with the design of our bathroom and helped us choose products to our spec. The visit was prompt, efficient and very smooth. So much so.... that we came back for further orders for our 2nd bathroom. The team helped from choosing tiles, arranging delivery, addressing any email queries and ensuring all correct parts were received timely. Really pleased with the staff and service here.

Great service. The employees are very professional and make you feel comfortable about asking questions, taking time to think, etc, also friendly. But most important for me is that they come across very honest sellers, nobody trying to push or force you to buy or rushing you. The prices are fair too. One of the worst Experience in my entire life, firstly my 16 year old boy had to get all the items worth £6000 inside the house as the person who came with the delivery could not even park properly, they then delivered wrong items, I am still waiting for my refund of the returned items, I had to call multiple times to get things sorted. The showroom manager did not take accountability, was not nice. Would not recommend easy bathroom to anyone. I went into depression with all this going on with my toddler by my side. Then they took 20 days to collect the wrong items which was delivered to my house. They designed the bathroom but don’t take any accountability for all the wrong they do. It’s not worth the stress they give you. I am still waiting for a refund probably worth nearly £800. They mentally toucher you blaming things on you. They expect me to check all the items with my 8 months old where my 16 years old bring all the delivery inside the house from the road.

Fantastic as always, good quality bathrooms

The Chorley showroom was very inviting with lots of different options available. We then sat with Ivor Hrast who was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us massively in making our decisions, they also showed us the items that were available in the showroom so we could see it visually. We then had to wait for the fitter due to workload and when going back to the showroom Ivor remembered us and was able to bring up our quote within seconds. We would definitely use Easy bathrooms again and would highly recommend Ivor to help you with your bathroom choices! Thanks for making it possible to have our amazing bathroom!

Excellent service from start to finish, great products, quality is excellent. Thomas at the Darlington branch had very good product knowledge and was a massive help throughout the process, he was also very patient when we made product changes etc. Bathroom looks amazing.

We have recently had our en-suite bathroom totally refurbished. We had to make several visits to Easy Bathrooms before making our final choice of shower, tiles, WC, basin, radiator and accessories. Throughout the process Harry and Sam were brilliant with their patience and assistance. With their help, and that of James King our bathroom fitter, we now have a bathroom we really love

We have used Easy Bathrooms in Hayes a couple of times previously. The manager and staff are excellent and recognised us when we recently visited. They have always been very knowledgeable and the service very courteous. Ordering and delivery is fast, efficient and flexible, what's not to like.

Michelle was again very helpful & knowledgeable. Needed a mirror to complete our new shower room. It was ordered on a Monday & ready to collect on Wednesday.
