Professional and delivered on time

I bought bathroom sets for two new bathrooms, and while the store's service and design support were great, the quality of the pricey fixtures was disappointing.

Within a year, the sink waste, douche outlet, and gold tap started losing colour. The customer team blamed cleaning products and limescale erosion but the reason given for Douche outlet was interesting. They claimed “"the finish has most likely been affected by moisture, either containing minerals or chemicals, pooling around the handle and eroding the metal whilst sitting in the water in the cradle". The above is beyond basic science, moisture can’t effect only 1 side of a hose or it doesn’t sit on water only in 1 side.

Overall, the quality is poor considering the price, and their quality guarantee is unreliable. I don't recommend Easybath if you want good fixtures.
Spending so much money should guarantee lasting quality, but instead, I feel completely let down. Not only did the fixtures start deteriorating shockingly fast, but the company's explanations were dismissive and unhelpful—blaming me rather than acknowledging a clear problem with their products.

I strongly suggest avoiding this brand altogether if you want your investment to last or expect any accountability from the manufacturer.

Lovely looking products. Patient and understanding staff who helped us in making the right choices for our bathroom design. To be honest it wasn’t the service that has made me give 4 stars. Service is 5 stars. However the design of the Baylin taps that we ordered looks lovely but due to the install and narrow design of the free standing taps , this means the pipes to be used are only 7mm which affects water flow.

Design fault really as you can’t get a good flow of water into the bath and it takes 10-15minutes to fill the bath and you have to generate your own bubbles.

Baylin design looks good , but functionality is not the best. I would give 2 stars for that. I will ever buy them again. The function of the Baylin in the sink too. You can’t get warm water. It’s either just hot or cold.

I’ve been considering getting them changed which is a shame as they look nice. You don’t buy a tap to just look nice - they are supposed to function well too. They were an expensive choice for us which is a shame.

Staff excellent, products good and competitive

Though we are yet to fit our order we have inspected it all thoroughly (on delivery guys advice) and there are no problems. Knowledgeable staff in showroom and great delivery - hope fit will go well. Only thing preventing 5 stars was non existent email confirmation of order, luckily I asked for a print out when paying.
