Easy bathrooms, not the right name for this company at all. Nothing has been easy from start to finish and it’s still going on.
We purchased nearly £6000 worth of products from them, paid a deposit and told them our installation date when we called off our order, things changed, certain things were not in stock, but eventually the order came together. We were told that as we were having it delivered well before the installation date we had 48 hours to check the delivery and report any anomalies. 48 hours for two pensioners to open and check very heavy bathroom fittings, I was shouted at over the phone saying “do you understand “ we checked the terms and conditions and they stated 7 days for checking. Not wanted any problems we checked as best we could all items, but couldn’t lift some of them out of the packaging to check them thoroughly. Several tiles were broken and 3 of the 4 boxes of flooring were broken, after reporting replacements were provided .
When the installation took place a damaged cupboard door was spotted by the fitter (he is a regular user of easy bathrooms) he said this was something we would never have spotted on initial checking. He called and reported this on our behalf and sent photos. Easy bathrooms came back to US and wanted to charge us £50 for a new door they said it wasn’t a manufacturer error. It obviously was as it was in the fold of-the door and the installer said you would never have spotted that on your initial check.
Then when placing things inside the cupboard after installation one of the glass shelves was not tight and unsafe to use, we noticed there were no threads in-two of the brackets so nothing to hold the shelf safely in place. We called and had to send photos of the offending brackets, an order was placed and we-were told it would be £15 for delivery. So that’s £50 they wanted for a-damaged door and £15 for delivery of some brackets. When I complained , I was told this was an error, as the brackets were faulty we didn’t have to pay. We were then told the brackets would be delivered to the showroom for us to collect, we asked could they not be posted to us in a small Jiffy bag, but they said they didn’t have-a facility for that, so they sent 4 tiny brackets by courier, only to open the large box containing 4 incorrect brackets. Several phone calls emails and photos later the correct brackets were identified only to be told they are not in stock and there is nothing they can do until they come back into stock, that was 4 weeks ago. Last week we were told they should arrive in the country by Friday and arrive in the showroom today. When we called today, they haven’t arrived but told they are in transit and there is nothing they can do until they arrive. Leaving us without the use of one half of a brand new cupboard.
They have identical cupboards up in-the showroom but it has never occurred to them to even offer to give us two of those brackets. Nothing seems easy for them only their name. Such a disappointment as the initial sales part was great but as soon as money has changed hands it’s been a different story. Never again!
Helpful, friendly staff in the Chorley store. Got some great quality tiles at a reasonable price.

⭐ 1 STAR – Extremely disappointing experience with Easy Bathrooms
I would strongly advise anyone considering using Easy Bathrooms to think twice.
What started as a bathroom installation has turned into a long-running nightmare, with a shower screen that has continued to leak, causing damage to the bath panel and vanity unit. Despite the issue being raised and numerous attempts being made to rectify the leak, the problem has continued.
What is particularly frustrating is that, rather than taking responsibility and properly resolving the issue, Easy Bathrooms have now decided to simply blame the original installation and wash their hands of the matter.
Their latest response effectively says that because they believe the original installation was at fault, they will not provide a replacement shower screen or reimburse the cost of the damaged bath panel. This is despite the fact that the shower screen has continued to leak even after further remedial work has been carried out.
They have offered to replace the vanity unit as a “gesture of assistance”, but are unwilling to accept any liability for the damage. From a customer’s perspective, this feels like an attempt to offer the bare minimum while avoiding responsibility for the wider problem.
The amount of time, inconvenience, frustration and additional cost this situation has caused is completely unacceptable. A bathroom should not become an ongoing source of stress because a shower screen cannot be made watertight.
The most disappointing part has been the lack of ownership and the attitude once things went wrong. It is very easy to take your money when everything goes smoothly; what matters is how a company treats you when there is a problem.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend Easy Bathrooms. What should have been a straightforward bathroom project has resulted in months of hassle, damage and frustration, with the customer ultimately left feeling like they are being passed from one explanation to another rather than having the problem properly resolved.
Think very carefully before spending your money here.
The staff were brilliant, they found me on there computer and got me the same part that I wanted

We dealt mainly with Alex at the Wakefield branch. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us to choose the design, fixtures and fittings for our new bathroom.
It was good to experience the virtual 3D model.
We found a tremendous amount of choice at the store, and the staff were friendly each time we visited.

Showroom experience was great with lots of products to choose from, the installation was very disappointing and caused us a lot of stress. The there was very little communication from the project manager to the workers. They turned up on most days not knowing what to do or doing the wrong thing(like putting the wrong tiles on the wall). Also the finish was sloppy, chipped tile on the wall, silicone and grout missing in places and not smooth, smudges from silicone on tiles and shower screen.

Really helpful and friendly staff, without doing the hard sell. Will definitely return.

Product good but delivery awful, it cost me more in time taken off work waiting for goods that never arrived, than the goods themselves. 4 times they confirmed by email the day goods would arrive and 4 times no show, they did however turn up on an unscheduled day when no one was in to take delivery. I contacted delivery company myself and arranged the delivery and it was finally sorted.
