I recently bought a comfy cone and rang to check they were in stock and ask how fast the delivery would be as my dog had to undergo a sudden surgery. The lady I spoke to was most helpful, assured me the item was available and it arrrived exactly when she said it would. Price was competitive, service excellent, I would use easyanimal again.

The package arrived by Citylink who told us what day they were coming, but not the time, it was only by chance that we were in to recieve on the second attempt. Citylink collection depot inconvenient, and package would have been too bulky to collect anyway. Carrier refused to leave in safe place and there was no option to leave with neightbour.

Package arrived half-open, and had to be unpacked on the driveway and the contents were falling out. However was still complete.

Product is good now assemebled, but came with virtually no instructions. If I had not seen in the flesh before ordering online I would have struggled to put together.

Website and ordering process were simple. Free postage good although may have paid more for a better carrier i.e DPD.

The item purchased was delivered in a timely manner, intact and exactly what was ordered. I had a query with it and the query was answered promptly and politely.

Great product, great service. Recommended.

When I had a problem with the set up of the system the response was prompt and efficient. the ystem now works well

I would recommend to a friend and purchase from them again myself - just a shame the courier is city link as they are a nightmare!!

Found this company via google shopping when looking for a rabbit run. This was the most competitively priced, & also offered free delivery, which is always a winner!

Ordered on a Sunday, got a dispatch email that same day, & by the following day it had arrived at my husband's work.

The post office screwed up a little on the time to deliver but it has to be said Easy Animal were prompt in their duties to despatch the goods and they arrived well packaged.
Cannot fault them as a company and would use them again.

The picture of the product and the video of it in operation were true to expectations on arrival. Also one of the promptest deliveries (20 hrs) I have known to a remote part of the UK where we have no shops!

The customer service is second to none, the prices are the best I've found and the range is extensive with great descriptions so you know exactly what you're looking at!

I bought the Oster clipper because i owned one twenty years ago and I thought that was an excellent clipper. It did a lot of work when I had a number of dogs and it lasted years so I`m hoping this one will do the same.The communication with Easyanimal was really good and the delivery was supper fast. I have already tried out the clipper and it`s perfect so I am very pleased with it and the service from Easyanimal.

So easy to order, exceptionally fast response and arrived in tiptop condition. I was unsure about dog ramps, having heard they can be cumbersome but this one is a piece of cake to handle and assemble - takes seconds!

This is the fifth Pet Mate dog bed which I have purchased over the years and I have always found them to be very satisfactory. The previous four beds are still wearing well and I have just purchased the fifth one for a dog who comes to visit sometimes!
