The catflap arrived on time and in good condition. Instructions for fitting and setting were easy to follow. I did already have a hole cut in the door from the previous flap which made it quite straightforward. I got this catflap because my cat kept losing her collar with the magnet on and also the last flap was not sturdy enough to stop an intruder even when locked. Now she doesn't need a collar and this flap is secure against the stray who kept breaking the last one - I've seen him trying and failing to get in! It was a bit tricky for her to get the hang of initially as the mechanism recognising her chip was a bit slow but after 10 or so successful entries it sped up and she can now work it with ease. (Not sure why that was but seem to recall reading about it in the manual). Definitely worth the money as it works well and keeps out the strays.

Ramp very good quality and easy to use. Think it could do with a handle. Our Golden Retriever finds it easy to use

The 'chip reader' catflap I bought from EasyAnimal UK was priced below other competitors and arrived promptly. The customer service department dealt professionally and knowledgeably with a telephone query too. It's a joy to deal with companies like this - I highly recommend them.

I ordered an item from the website but received emails saying:-
"Sorry we are currently out of stock of these at present and we are unsure when we will get some more in . We have therefore refunded you so that you can source this from elsewhere."

and:-

"Your order has been cancelled. Thank you for shopping with EasyAnimal."

Definitely not too impressed as the item is still listed as in-stock and buyable on the website today - would have been better if they had emailed to tell me it was back in stock if the web site is accurate or marked it out of stock if so...

brought a maelson dry box from Easy Animal Ltd, best thing we have brought for the dogs dry food, this one holds 15kg bag with ease, keeps everything nice and tidy, and is well constructed,

Bought some dog cages and other bits, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, it was no problem at all I just sent them back and got a refund and ordered the correct size which arrived the next day. Perfect. It is easy to give good service when things go right but it is when things go wrong (albeit my fault not easyanimal's) that customer service is tested. Passed with flying colours

Ordered two large off-the-floor dog beds from these guys. I was cautious at first because spending over 100 quid on a site I'd never been to before was worrying. Needless to say, I was super happy when my beds arrived via courier in two days. Wonderful. Dogs love their new beds and can't fault the service at all. Good job

First, after having placed my order on 18 of May, I heard nothing. After several tries to come in contact, I finally recieved an email on 9 of June where I'm told that my order has been cancelled. Since then I have been waiting to get my money back. I sent one email on 21 of June and another 12 of July. Heard nothing. Now I will turn to PayPal to see if they can help me to get my money back.

Ordered the micro-chipped cat flap on the Sunday evening and it arrived first thing Tuesday morning. Highly recommended and very competitive on pricing too.
