Competitive price for a brand new clipper, even better because it's come with free nail grinder too. Everything has been working fine. Delivery side was very good as well. They sent me email informing the dispatch and tracking number from parcel force. Definitely go back to look into other products for my dog next time.

I bought a solvit dog booster seat recently and had a issue with a missing part, which was the manufacturers fault not easy animals, but easy animal replied to my email straight away and I received the missing part the next day. What excellent customer service I will surely be ordering from them again and recommending them to my friends and family. My dog loves the car seat as she can now see out of the window and it's also big enough for her to go to sleep in too.

Searching online for the cheapest place to buy a particular catflap, brought up 'easyanimal.co.uk'. Having not heard of them before, I was a bit hesitant about ordering, but went ahead and did so anyway. I am glad to report that I had absolutely no problems at all with ordering, payment or delivery - which was swift and on-time. I would have no hesitation in using EasyAnimal again, or in recommending them to others.

I was totally impressed with the service I received. I ordered just before 3 and my dog car ramp was delivered the next afternoon. Not only that but I received a text on delivery day to tell me when my order would arrive and even gave me the name of my delivery person! I would definitely use again and happily recommend with no reservations.

Spoke to a gentleman at Easy Animal and asked for a ramp. Described my dog, his problem and the size of my car. He recommended the Solvit bi-fold ramp. I ordered it for next day delivery and it arrived 2 days later - but I had ordered it after 3.00 so I was expecting this. I received a text message from the delivery company advising my delivery time within 1 hour and it duly arrived. After a few attempts up the patio steps, we progressed to the car and now Harvey walks up there with no problem and no bribes! Great for getting him to the vets 3 times a week. Thanks for a no stress transaction!

We received our catflap within two days from placing the order. The ordering process was simple, efficient and faultless, not to mention the excellent prices.

I ordered a Petporte from EasyAnimal and it was delivered the next day as promised to my work address so I didn't have to wait in for it. I even got an e-mail advising me of the exact time slot it would be delivered. Also very pleased with the product. It is working perfectly and my cat can now get in and out without any fear of other cats entering which was not the case with the previous magnetic flap. Although expensive, the Petporte was nearly £30 cheaper from EasyAnimal than from other suppliers and well worth the money for peace of mind.

I was really impressed by the delivery service. It was the week earlier this year when we were expecting to be snowed in and grocery deliverer xxxxx was warning of potential huge delays, but I received my delivery from EasyAnimal UK the next morning and in fact a day or two earlier than I had expected, and only service reallyh easy and quick to use, I would defo recommend this site. Great dog ramp. I asked that if we were not in to leave it with neighbours. Instead we found it had been dropped over the side gate which is about 6 foot high. OK the ramp was not damaged but it reflects badly on the delivery service. Good job it wasn't raining!

Their advice is honest and invaluable and saved me from the costly error of buying the wrong product for my 2 golden retrievers. EasyAnimal's communication was proactive and the delivery was so quick I was astonished.

The Solvit Ultra-lite Bi-Fold Ramp is an excellent product. It is light enough for me to lift with one hand while managing my puppy with the other.

The product is strong - the width is very good and the non-slip coating gives excellent assurance to the dog when walking up and down. The length is about right and I am pleased that I chose this product

This was the 2nd time I had ordered a product throough EasyAnimal UK. Each time I have enjoyed a first rate service, good value and helpful advice. The internet site is clear and easy to navigate. Thoroughly recommended.

I previously used a microchip reading catflap from Petport and was extremely satisfied as it served its purpose and was trouble-free. They did, however change the shape of the flap within the unit. In my opinion, a bad move. My cat Phoebe, started to gain weight and she could no longer come in or leave via the cat flap. I was forced to have a new glass insert installed in my double glazed door and therefore had to purchase a larger flap. Searching the internet I came across your small dog/large cat product. Whereas Petport was electronic and very easy to use yours however was manual and as I suffer badly with osteoarthritis in my right hand I find that the only fault with that is the plastic knobs appear to be easily breakable. The price I paid obviously reflects on the quality of the unit. I had to pay out £300 for the new insert as the hole to fit the cat flap must be done at manufacture. I am a pensioner on pension credits, my one hope now is that you do not change the specifications on this model. With 3 cats I fear that the flap my break with the use so I may well ordering a couple more as standby just in case. In all sincerety I think that I would not recommend this product to people in my age group (67 yrs old) with cats.
