since installation last year I have had to call out engineer to fix it.First time it took them 72hrs to fix it and second time 1week for engineers visit total 10days since reporting fault.The combination of Scottish power and easee one charger installer is cause of many problems. I would never again get easee one charger.The procedure for informing Scottish power of the problem takes long time as have to do survey first by taking photographs and sending them.Beware of all ai generated great reviews.

I can’t recommend this company enough
I can’t recommend this company enough, my charger wouldn’t connect after having it switched off for a long time, I contacted them and explained my problem, and within 24 hours they had it up and running.

No hickups. Works with tibber, company that control peaks in usage of watts and hi prises. This saves money. 4 years of usage.

Very very poor and could be dangerous do not buy one mine failed twice from an overheating issue all In a 3 year period also it’s a long wait time for parts and no help at all on the second failure just told to go to there local supplier and buy another one
