Very nice and easy to use. I was concerned to learn that the knife was coming from China, which takes it longer to get here and that it might not be well-made. The knife and blades are fine. I just prefer to know up front that something is coming from out of the country.

My knife and replacement blades arrived quickly. Two days ago I bought a pumpkin sourdough loaf of bread and I unsheathed my knife blade. As promised the knife sliced through the crush without crushing or tearing the bread. I showed it off to some friends and they were impressed. So am I! Thank you.

I love to make bread, but...
I love to make bread, but didn't like the way conventional serrated knives required lots of pressure to cut the bread (we like crispy, chewy crusts, don't we?). I was very skeptical about this new kind of knife, but when I tried it, I shouted "Oh, WOW!" Not only did it slice through without squishing the bread, but I could slice any width of my bread!

Firstly, I was to receive 2 other items with my order, they never came.
Secondly, the time to receive my order was utterly ridiculous.
Don't waste your time.

I am very impressed with my earthly bliss bread saw it cuts my sourdough better than any of my other bread knives. That said it took a little practice to cut a slice of even thickness but I keep practicing. The delivery and packaging were excellent.
