I ordered several items, bread pans with lids, whisk, bread slings and replacement blades for the bread saw. My order never showed up but I was charged. Mistakes happen everywhere so I contacted the company and they immediately got to work on what went wrong and try to rectify the issue. I was a bit frustrated but Sarah Jackson from customer service contacted me and helped me thru the process. The issue was resolved and I got my items! Unfortunately one of my pans was damaged in shipping but I contacted Sarah Jackson in customer service again and the issue was expertly resolved! I was sent a replacement. It arrived in great shape. I will order from this company again and again due to the expert customer service. Mistakes hapoen but it is how the company handles the mistakes that count. I can’t say enough about this company. Great items. I love all the items I especially love the bread slings! They are next level great. The bread pans are trick! Love this company!!

I ordered their bread knife for my new sourdough hobby and have loved it since it arrived! I also was really impressed with their customer service as one of the products I ordered did not arrive. They sent a new banneton in a timely manner and were positive and prompt in all of their communications. I love a honest hard working small company & I will order from them over Amazon any day!

I was concerned that I had not received the knife because it was delayed, however my concern was allayed by EarthlyBliss. It arrived not long after I had contacted them.
I have been very impressed the knife sliced through even the hardest of crusts with ease.
I am very pleased with this knife and would highly recommend it.

In January 2026, I had ordered 2 knives & 5 replacement blades. Due to fraudulent postage, the USPS seized my package, so I contacted customer service because by this time, all was paid for. I came in contact with Sarah Jackson who thru many emails helped me with my problem . She had my order resent to me & made sure that it was sent properly . Got the 2 knives & no blades so she made sure to get the blades sent to me in a separate order which arrived today, March 24, 2026. Sarah was so caring about my problem & made sure to keep me

The bread knives are great but hard for my husband to use. They were fabulous about a return. Refunded my money and let me keep the knives which I'm donating. The nicest company I've dealt with in a long time.

My husband placed an order in error on Feb 8-thinking it was a different knife. He contacted the company within minutes to let them know it was an error and that he didnt want the knives. On Feb 16, Sarah from Earthy Bliss promised a full refund as they didn't stop the order from shipping. It is now almost a month later and I've yet to receive the refund. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Extremely bad customer service.
You have the orders confused. There were two orders. the first by me which was in fact refunded as you said on 2/6. the second order was placed on 2/8 by my husband. he saw the knives and thought i would enjoy one so he placed an order. he did not realize i had already tried your knife and did not like it. with in minutes of him placing the second order I emailed you to let you know the order was placed in error- twice, i emailed first from my email address. you promptly replied that we needed to email from his email address to cancel the order. we did so right away and received no answer which led to the rest of the above story. the bad customer service and failure to issue the refund was for the second order my husband placed in error, not my original order. I will update and say, since i posted this review, the refund for the secod order did FINALLY post to my discover card. I DON'T BELEIVE IT WAS ISSUED DUE TO ANY TYPE OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I BELIEVE IT WAS ISSUED BECAUSE I ENDED UP DISPUTING THE CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY- FORWARDING ALL OF OUR EMAIL CORRESPONDANCE TO THEM SHOWING THEM THE PROMISE OF A REFUND AND THE LACK THERE OF.

My first order got lost in transit. I contacted customer service and they helped me with tracking my order and it was lost. They ordered me a set of knives and kept me posted all the way through until I got my second order. Customer Service was great. My knife is easy to use and cuts my sour dough bread easily. I would recommend buying from Earthyblissco.

Bought two bread knives and 5 or so spare blades. The knife doesn’t cut to the bottom of a loaf because of the wooden handle.
I was going to leave a bad review but I thought I’ll contacted the company first. But since not having a reply. I’m pretty pissed off now. It’s a lot of money I’ve spent and the knife isn’t even doing its job.

I haven’t received my order yet, and it looks like it’s being shipped from overseas. I also experienced an issue downloading the free booklets from the website since the download link wasn’t available, and Sarah kindly sent them to me instead.

I didn’t realize the book were downloaded content and nearly threw out the extra blades as they were not in the first part I unloaded. Perhaps set them on the knife box? Customer service was outstanding and I will recommend them to anyone.

I give Earthly Bliss five stars, even though I didn't receive my order. It was complicated. My first order got lost in the mail, and the company quickly sent another. Unfortunately, shipping isn't what it used to be and this second order was "lost in transit." I really would have liked to receive the bread knife, but we finally agreed on a refund. I may give this order another try and see where I land. In any event, the customer service couldn't have been better. They're friendly, responsive, and truly want customers to have the best experience.
