Was amazing as I was informed that I have an ear condition that makes it hard to hear people when in a noisy place and feel as if my ears are blocked. Was given instructions on how to try and reverse this

Genuinely a very pleasant experience for someone who has never had this done and was very nervous about it. Sinead was very reassuring and calming. She explained the entire procedure and asked all the questions before we started. The procedure was done within 5 minutes of starting and was relieved to have my hearing back to normal. Thank you again Sinead.

Had buld up of ear wax i couldn't hear from my right ear for about 2 weeks on and off was feeling sick got an appointment straight away was in 5 min everything explained to me photos before and after it wasn't anymore than 3 minutes and done was amazing no sickness feeling got my hearing back 10/10 recommended

My experience with this company has always been superb. I normally would see Diane but I tried a location closer to home and the clinician call Aileen was absolutely tremendous. Aileen was very thoughtful and showed empathy for me as I have very sensitive ear canals and was very nervous. Her clinical knowledge and experience was clear and I felt sure I was in safe hands. Complete success yet again!

Sinead makes you feel so relaxed, what I would say is use earol spray a couple of days before your appointment, it helps with the wax removal and makes it more comfortable

I visited the clinic in Stepps. Taken promptly are appointment time, no hanging around. Was quickly put at ease by Sinead as she explained the procedure in detail. All over in a few minutes. She then explained follow-up procedures to carry out at home and I received a confirmation email with full details of procedures same day. Very professional all round.
