Not impressed
Not impressed ! No charging cable and the cable itself seems to be hard to get ! So can’t even use the earbuds! This is not about sustainability ! Not when the lead is not universal c charging cable at all !! That’s false !!! Tried 4 shops today no joy can’t get charging lead to fit ! Stay well away from this retailer !!!!

I ordered my earbuds on Thursday evening and they arrived on Monday,when I followed the instructions and charged them I could not get them to pair in spite of many attempts.I phoned EARBUDS and he understood the problem which was caused by plastic insulation on each bud for transport.Once removed they worked perfectly.Excellent support.
