Simple process and good results
Simple process and good results. The upgraded feedback system and dashboard for progress on the project is very reassuring. Overall time for completion of the project quite long but there were a lot of very old tapes, some of which probably required quite careful attention.

Service and delivery was speedy and reassuring
Sending off my one and only wedding VHS tape, with my husband having passed away, was a big concern, but the collection, tracking and delivery service was fantastic…v speedy turnaround but communication was frequent and reassuring along the way. I was thrilled with the output and it was wonderful to relive our special day…thank you for bringing these memories back!!

Special moment of a wonderful celebration so long ago.
Hello there I have revived my box back. I have watched my mum and dad’s 50th wedding anniversary celebrations. Wow how lovely to see all my family members and friends together like that. Quite a few have now passed away. Including my mum and dad.
What the younger generation take for granted videos on their phones the older generation didn’t have. I was very fortunate to be able to video that family celebration. What you have achieved for me is very special keepsake.

I would have given Each Moment a 5 star review, however, the only thing letting them down is the amount of time it took for the digitalisation process to take place.
Everything else was first class, the quality of my memories and the sheer joy of seeing my loved ones who are now not with us anymore is so comforting to me and my family.

Took ages to arrive back but then my 28 year old wedding video had literally been immersed in flood water a few years ago and become white fluffy mouldy. Blown away and tears of joy at sitting with my children watching and hearing dear relatives who had passed away. Remarkable achievement and I’m so grateful

End result good, but process frustrating
I found the progress indicator very frustrating. For weeks I checked and my project was always just one day away! I was happy to wait for months as had been suggested at the outset but this prolonged 'nearly there' state was annoying. End result of converted audio tapes was OK.

Avoid this company
We had a totally unsatisfactory experience with this company. We sent 32 mixed-format camcorder tapes to be digitised in July 2025 and finally received the USB back 6 months later in January 2026. The results were very disappointing. The date and time stamps which were on most original recordings were missing, files were out of order, some were duplicated, some were missing and several tapes came back digitised into multiple files - a single VHS tape came back as 11 separate files making viewing very disjointed. The digitised files saved in the Cloud are completely out of chronological order.
We have been in constant communication with the company since January trying to get these faults rectified but to no avail - their (AI?) response has always been cringingly apologetic but useless.
We have now given up - we have spent too much time and effort on trying to get the situation resolved or some kind of refund. All we can say is avoid this company at all costs!

We would first like to mention that a full revision of this order was carried out more than 100 days ago, following our previous exchanges, so we are surprised to see this review appearing only now after the revision process and discussions that took place.
Regarding the date and time stamps, after experiencing multiple technical issues and inconsistencies with timestamps across different formats, our agreed approach is not to add or recreate timestamps on customers’ videos unless this is specifically possible from the original recording data. We apologise if this was not communicated clearly enough during our previous conversations.
Concerning the files appearing multiple times, we would like to clarify that these was simple due to the format of files and our uploading settings at the time. The revised files were clearly identified as such, and the work was completed to the best possible standards by our technicians. The revised material was also reviewed multiple times, including by our senior technical team.
Regarding the tapes that remained problematic, we have tested them on more than four different devices and the issues remain consistent. The difficulties encountered are directly linked to the condition of the original tapes themselves, and despite our best efforts, there are limitations to what can be recovered from ageing or damaged media.
We understand your disappointment and appreciate that receiving back your family recordings is very important. We have done everything possible within the technical limits of the original materials to preserve and digitise your memories.

I was very impressed from start to finish. Sending in the VHS tapes was easy and the results were wonderful. Some tapes were degraded but EachMoment managed to save them allowing us to see and enjoy forgotten memories!

Overall good but takes several months to complete
The posting off and receiving back of the films is great. It does however take several months for the films to be digitalised and the enhanced that you pay extra for does not seem the make any difference to the quality of the film. Great to have my old memories in digital form at last and overall pleased with the results
