Not enough easy updating for us older people and your site still says you have only completed 10 out of 25. Why is this? Also I have had emails to say you are returning my hardware and in one case you have returned them, but I have not received anything. Please advise.

The service is very thorough. The empty box arrived in a couple of days. I was regularly updated with the process. I received the box back with the usb and c in a nice presentation box. Overall I’m very pleased with the service. It did take several months for the process to be completed but I did send 30 reels

Each moment digitisation
We sent our films in march to be digitised. We repeatedly emailed after several weeks to see what was happening. Never once got a reply. After 4 months we found the phone number and rang to see what was happening. Then yesterday 2 days after ringing we received the videos on line. I think if we hadn't rang we would still be waiting. That said the films are really lovely to see and bring back so many memories.

Easy procedure from beginning to end
Easy procedure from beginning to end, my experience began on the 2nd March, when I first contacted Eachmoment. I was kept updated throughout and am delighted with the results as the taped were quite old, lovely to be able to see old memories and show my grandchildren.

The end results are brilliant
The end results are brilliant. However the process took many months. Each time I looked at the progress the end date was pushed back. I think they do a very good job and it is great to have some memories back but they seem to be understaffed. I know that some things take longer to repair etc. This being said I will be sending them more memories to restore in due course.

I can’t recommend EachMoment highly…
I can’t recommend EachMoment highly enough. They transferred all of my treasured family video’s onto the cloud and USB, including a precious cine film from the early 1960’s. Being able to watch these memories again, especially of loved ones who are no longer with us, is something I will always cherish.
The service was fantastic from start to finish, and although there was a wait, it was absolutely worth it. The quality of the transfers is excellent and I’m so grateful to have these irreplaceable memories preserved for future generations.

Simple process and good results. The upgraded feedback system and dashboard for progress on the project is very reassuring. Overall time for completion of the project quite long but there were a lot of very old tapes, some of which probably required quite careful attention.

Service and delivery was speedy and reassuring
Sending off my one and only wedding VHS tape, with my husband having passed away, was a big concern, but the collection, tracking and delivery service was fantastic…v speedy turnaround but communication was frequent and reassuring along the way. Special moment of a wonderful celebration so long ago.
Hello there I have revived my box back. I have watched my mum and dad’s 50th wedding anniversary celebrations. Wow how lovely to see all my family members and friends together like that. Quite a few have now passed away. Including my mum and dad.
What the younger generation take for granted videos on their phones the older generation didn’t have. I was very fortunate to be able to video that family celebration. What you have achieved for me is very special keepsake.
