It has a defekt battery that wont charge. And a fault with wheelrings back.
i had to buy a multimeter to test it.
They asked me to change it if they send one. But didnt have it in stock.
So they told me to go to the closest workshop witch is 1,5hour (OSLO) away. and its only open during my work hours. mon-fri 8-15
And it has 1month wait time. And you have to meet up personaly, not send it. They are very slow to anwser and really dont answer your questions, just automatic anwsers.

I got a new part for my e-wheels without any question. I could choose between sending it in to service or trying to do it by my self. I chose to fix it by my self.
They handled the issue in a great way and I recommend everyone to buy from you because they handle all product related issues in a professional and great way.
I was put in contact with a very serviceminded and knowledgeable representative "Silje". She quickly answered questions and found a potential problem with the part I was about to order as it would probably not fit my e-scooter. The scooter had had some custom work done to it so it was not crystal clear which part was the right one. Instead of letting me take my chances (and save her some time) I was asked to send pictures to be absolutely sure it was the correct one. That is service I miss from most other online shops. The quality of their bikes I'm not so sure of, but they have spare parts and stellar service aimed at providing the correct parts.

Purchased an electric scooter from them. Had an issue where it wouldnt turn on Aaftee while after. I contacted e-wheels and they said what they thought it was and asked if i would be willing to change it my self. They did however give me the option to send it in straight away but i like messing with stuff so i did it myself. They sent a full instruction video and i followed it to a T. I did this 3 times with 3 different parts. They stayed in contact with mw via e-mail the WHOKE time guiding me. In the end they asked me to send it in. I did that and within a week it was back and working. Their customer support was great they never once gave up. Id definatly buy again just knowing if anything goes wrong they will not leave you without help. Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. It took about a month because of waiting for the parts to arrive but i chose the long way. As i said they asked me of i wanted to send it in and it qould have been done within a week im guessing. Thank you for your help.
Outstanding customer service!
My son ha an e-wheel which he messed up the firmware update. Got an error code and the scooter wouldnt work.
Sent an e-mail to support at Thursday afternoon. During the weekend, at Saturday, I got a response with a detailed instruction on how to download an app and force a new firmware update.
Impressive, non-hassle customer experience!
The customer service representative followed up with a message to ensure everything was ok.

Very bad service. They don't deliver products on time. They keep on changing delivery date everyday. Finally I have to cancel my whole order as they still don't know when they will be able to dispatch my order. Worst experince with e-wheel.
Very slow progress to get the el back from service. Received two el’s and none of them could be used due to electrical issues. Still waiting to get the last one from service

I ordered a esykkel 8 july and was going to be shipped 6aug then the 8th and confirmed. I went on holiday and asked for delivery the 12th they said it is confirmed. Now yesterday they tell me the 20th.,k, I am not at all happy with the salesservice. You have to fore see delays in transport but not blame the transport cie. I just read your reply which is one you send to everybody. My esykkel was confirmed on the 8th of august. 1 month after i bought it. Today is 14 august and still no scooter...This is more the way thinks really function in Norway...no comment. Your uniformed reply is not at all an acceptable reply.
