Ive used this company before and have had no issues to be honest. Just one small gripe on my latest order which arrived today. I had no despatch or tracking details until 30 mins before it arrived which could have been an issue if I was out. If its coming all the way from sunny Hong Kong then knowing where it is can be important. Other than that, quickish delivery and respond to queries very quickly.

I have already purchased two cameras (Sony A7 III and Sony A7C II) as well as two lenses (Tamron 28–200 mm and Sony 35mm f/1.4 GM) here.

The purchasing process has always been excellent. Of course, you cannot expect the goods to arrive within two days. In my case, it took less than seven days.

There is one point I would especially like to highlight: my Sony A7C II developed a defect within the warranty period. I had the option to send the camera in and wait a long time, or to have the issue handled directly by a repair service near me.

I decided on the second option and had my camera repaired at an official service center nearby.

In my case, the IBIS unit had to be replaced. As a gesture of goodwill, both the labor costs and the spare parts were fully reimbursed.

I recommend that everyone carefully read the terms and conditions before making a purchase. It explicitly states that in the event of a warranty claim or defect, usually only the labor costs are reimbursed, but not the spare parts required for the repair.

I will continue to purchase my equipment here, as the cumulative savings from my previous orders are significant.

Ive used e-infinity for nearly 10 years and never had an issue. I've ordered 7 Nikon bodies and I think about 8 lenses in total over that time (for weddings). Exceptional service and my gear normally arrives in about a week. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

I must admit I was sceptical as the saving I made was big. I placed my order and received an email confirmation within minutes, three days later I received a second email containing two pictures, one of the lenses boxed and the other with it all packaged with the delivery address clearly visible. Another couple of days passed and I received my third email telling me it had been shipped with a Royal Mail tracking number, my lens arrived four days later. I’m more than happy with the service and delighted with the huge saving I made, I will definitely use E-Infinity again.

Even though e-infinity was very busy at time of purchase and there were issues on delivery my lens arrived on time and in perfect condition. I have used this a number of times and am delighted with the product.
