Bought a camera from this website, it was my second purchase.
Delivery took longer than it was estimated and the tracking number was sent to me days after the Item arrived. The camera arrived fine, no defects or busted boxes but it's still inadmissible to spend thousands of euros on a purchase and not receive a tracking number, especially since I received all other emails related to the shipping of the order.

I used E-Infinity for the first time to purchase a Z series lens. Initially the they messaged me to let me know the lens was not in stock, but they were expecting them in, so did I want a refund or was I happy to wait. I was happy to wait, didn't have to wait too long as it turned out. Very happy with the lens, delivery was great and very impressed with customer service, who kept me up to date with regards to my order and answered my questions promptly. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to other photographers looking for quality gear at competitive prices.

Used them multiple times over the years and always been great. Fast delivery and a clear process.

Never had an issue with one of their items to be able to test their returns/after sales however.

Placed an order and my package was temporarily put “on hold” in France. I contacted E-infinity and received a response the same day very fast!

After 2 weeks, I received my new Nikon lens in perfect condition, and it was significantly cheaper than prices in the Netherlands.

Exactly as promised, good price, and great customer experience (e.g. they inform customers in advance if there can be delays in delivery caused by any situation (e.g. public holidays, Christmas overload, war, etc.).

This was my fifth order and all was well as always, even got an immediate message after placing an order asking if I'm sure, because the camera I ordered didn't support my native language! This is a great service and I'm super happy with this, as well as my previous orders. All new products, all great!

I have ordered 3 times, all times everything went as expected. The shipping is slow (made me worry, but no need for that).

Shipping usually takes a few days, but the prices more than make up for it. Three orders so far and everything arrived safely. The camera even came with the standard manual and all the menu languages are available. Customer service replies within a few hours and is helpful.

First time buying from E-Infinity and had a excellent experience. From choosing, ordering and receiving all went smooth as silk. I will be back buying as soon as my finances allow.

Recently bought a camera and lens package from them at a great price. Have used them before for a lens.
After a week the camera developed a minor fault. Camera returned and the money refunded a few days after they received it. Excellent service.
Would have been happy to re order it but it was out of stock.

Fast communication, fast delivery and item as specified. The prices are unbeatable compared to local UK prices. Just be aware this is in a sense parallel import so if there is a defect in your item you will have to send it back overseas to treat it (or whatever their policy is) but then again that’s the risk you take to have it 40% off compared to your nearest shop.

I ordered the Canon SX740 hs from E-Infinity, a friend of mine told me that this company was a long-time supplier of their own camera - and told me to just try. I am beyond pleased, and I am so glad that I did purchase from e-infinity. The camera came in less than a week, perfect condition, works perfectly and is a brilliant addition to my cameras! During the waiting time, I was kept up to date with tracking and it was delivered special delivery to my house - which made everything all the more safe. If you are considering purchasing from this company, do it!!

As I already wrote in a email, everything was perfect and my new camera too. I really recommend buying from them. The products are excellent and the assistance is fast.

Purchased a Canon RF 24-105mm f/4 L IS USM Lens and
EOS R7 Camera in March 2027. The whole process was excellent. Communication and delivery were all as if I was purchasing in the UK, and price was extremely attractive. Will definitely consider using again.
