Oliver Bowden attended the radiator leak identified by a British Gas annual service engineer a few days earlier. He had called several times earlier that day to identify himself, ensure I would be in and advise of a courtesy call to say he would be on his way, making the visit safe and organised. Quickly noting the issue on arrival, had the parts available and completed the task efficiently. No mess yet cleaned up the area anyway. Tested all the radiators in the house after they refilled - tested for air locks and waited until the heating was checked in all rooms. Very presentable and courteous. Highly recommended.

Wayne showed up when expected and called me to say he was on his way. Very friendly and courteous. Wayne straight onto fixing the problem, he didn't take long in finding the problem. Blocked sewer, he took less time than i thought and I would definitely call him back if i had another issue.

The technician, Callum was excellent. The call centre unnecessarily difficult and rude. Don’t you just love “did you read the small print”. Never again.

The engineer was very good his name was Kieran Poynter. He went the extra mile to get the job done. Excellent service

An engineer called Alain visited our home today to find a leak in the kitchen he found the leak and was able to give us some excellent advice and assistance. He was so professional friendly and welcoming. It was a wonderful service and I just want to say thank you so much. your employee should be proud to have such a professional carrying out their duties.

The professionalism and prompt resolution to the issue

This company did a job which left me in a bigger mess than before they started. I couldn’t find a contact for them as they came to me through BG Homeserve.BG didn’t want to know. Had to get another firm to remedy work. Eventually I got a response which was a nil response. After I submitted a two page review of all the problems to which I am still awaiting a response, I received a text thanking me for using the company and inviting me to leave a trustpilot review. Unbelievable. They must be so far out of touch with their customers. I would strongly advise not to use their plumbing services.

Harry from dyno Done an excellent job. I am very happy. I had a few heaters that were leaking he fixed them so quick. He was very neat and careful. took his shoes off before he came in. thank you very much, Harry. You’re the best.

Problem: New boiler installed by British Gas in June. Turned the heating on for the first time in October.... within an hour pipework had blown from a tee piece, leaving water coming through the ceiling and down the walls.
Can't thank Richard Jones enough for the work he and his boss Robert carried out to detect and repair the fault. Very clean and tidy work and informative on how the system works. I was also a little concerned about a component the following day and manage to contact Richard, once again he explained and put my mind at rest. Thank you both Richard & Robert for their help in fixing this situation.... top class.

We can not thank the plumber Nick enough, for locating and fixing the two leaks which came through into our living room. We had to wait until the ceiling had been removed before Nick could come back. He worked through some horrendous conditions with damp and falling debris and yet he was uncomplaining, professional and courteous at all times. He successfully fixed both leaks, including replacing copper pipe work in an almost inaccessible area and left my living room spotless. Thank you so much Nick for all your hard work.

There was a leak from a pipe under the floor. Water dripping through the ceiling. I was referred by the gas board and a splendid chap called Josh came to fix it. It took him two visits as he had to collect and replace a part on the cold water tank before he was able to turn off the water and repair the leaking pipe. It was quite a big job, cutting floorboards etc. All done satisfactorily over two evenings. Many thanks

We had a really good experience with Frank. He came out to assess a problem when it turned out it wasn't his area of expertise, he than had to cancel the job which caused him not be paid for spending 45 minutes at our place. He helped communicating the issue to the property agency which sped up our case. We are very grateful to him. I can highly recommend Frank and the company.

Booked an engineer with British Gas Homecare on line after finding a leaking bath waste in a fairly inaccessible pace. Your engineer, Nigel Stephens. arrived within about 2 hours. The leak was located, fixed and tested in about 30 minutes.
We couldn't have wished for a nicer guy to have attended. Nigel was friendly, professional and efficient. he made friends with our visiting Grandchildren and their dog and treated our home with respect. Nigel is a credit to your company and his trade ... should we have another plumbing problem we just hope it's allocated to Nigel.
